The location is the best possible. Hotel is located in big green garden, only few steps from the beach. Room window facing the sea and every morning beautiful sun rise. Food was also good and there was always plenty of it. Hotel personnel was very helpful and attentive. Hotel offers free beach chairs and parasols. Beach towels are also included, changeable every two days. Directly in front of hotel there is a bus stop. Buses are going to different destinations (Old Town Rhodes, Lindos, Seven Springs... ) with reasonable prices.

On the other side, what I missed a lot was the Greek culture. Unfortunately, very often I felt like being in Italy, which I consider very unfair. The main portion of guests are from Italy, that was clear, but I also believe they are coming there to enjoy Greek culture. Hotel should make efforts to balance the events more. As an example: In the neighbouring hotel they had Greek evening with beautiful Greek music, which we were happy to hear finally, after few minutes it was interrupted by Italian evening which was loud and what a music! 20 - 30 seconds of music shots (not a single song was played fully) killing the beauty of Greece. If this was better, I would rate with full 10 points. Matrasses need replacing.

Excellent location. Nice park with regularly mowed grass. Correct beach with comfortable beds. A lot of space for walks and enjoying the wonderful sea view.

For this extremely high price we expect a much better food quality. Especially the food quality offered for the breakfast and the lunch is very poor. The dinner is much better. In this hotel, only the quantity matters, not the quality: for breakfast you get sausages instead of ham, no local good cheese except feta, but a lot of cheap Gouda and Emmentaler cheese instead, a huge quantity of very low cost small croissants (like in 2- and 3-star hotels), a lot of junk soda drinks and wine from draft. Nevertheless the local drafted beer (from Rhodes) was good. The eggs taste was very good, as well as the meat and pizza for dinner. The "all inclusive" drinks offered at the bar are simply disgusting. If you want to drink junk drinks and get drunk or sick as fast as possible, this is the hotel for you, otherwise - just avoid it. Branded drinks are offered for 7 up to 8 Euro per drink ! The whole impression is that the staff also behaves like in a pure industrial all inclusive facility: quantity, quantity, and get rid of the guests at the end. The staff also didn't care a lot about some of our wishes, like change the room because of noisy neighbors or check-out 1h later for free. Also very disappointing: the use of safe is allowed only with extra cost of 15 Euro ! So you pay 270 Euro / night for a family room, where the use of safe is NOT included ! Very interesting... Also later check-out is extremely expensive: about 100 Euro for check-out at 18:00, or 70 Euro for check-out at 15:00 ! Cleaning staff simply uses bleach to clean your room and leaves the floor completely wet, so the room really has a disgusting smell when you enter it. The general condition of the family room is far under the expectation for a 4-star hotel: worn-out furniture, average mattress comfort, old energy-saving light.
