Great location for Winchester mystery house n lots of food n shopping options within walking distance. Helpful owner but non invasive. Perfect for my needs...thank you!

Buyer beware!! Let me start by saying, if you advertise luxury than the clients expect luxury. Anything less is fraud. Attempted to have a luxury stay to celebrate my wedding anniversary in San Jose with my husband and 2 kids. Luxury, because that’s how the owner described the property. Our stay at this place lasted less than 5 minutes because it was everything but luxurious.
Immediately upon sight it gave us “GHETTO VIBES”1) Garage door was boarded up with plywood.
2) Upon entering the apartment there was a MILDEW SMELL in the air, similar to the smell you get when you accidentally leave wet clothes in the washer and remember a couple days later.
3) Fan remote control had “BLOOD” stains.
After leaving the property I called Booking customer service who was unable to reach the owner of the property. 2 hrs later the owner calls me apologizing for the blood on the remote, the boarded up garage and the smell. He told me his cleaning crew was on their way to clean up the unit and asked if we could return after the cleaning process. I informed him that we checked into another hotel and he promised me a refund for my inconvenience. However, he must have had a change of heart and decided not to refund me and provided me pictures of the unit after it was cleaned.

Great location, close to Santa Clara University (we were there for my son's graduation), and to shopping and restaurants.
It was on a busy street so there was traffic noise.

First let me say that in my few years on this earth I have never been treated as kindly as the host of this facility treated me. He was amazing. Second let me say that it was a very nice, very clean and centrally located property. The price was absolutely beyond fair for what we got.
My only complaint would be the title of the location set up an expectation that could not be met. If you are like me and think 5 star hotel when words like "Luxury stay" are used, don't. This was the equivalent of a 3 1/2 to 4 star hotel. As long as you expect that you will not be disappointed. It was a great place to stay.

I love the fact that there was a full kitchen with a few appliances/accessories. I don't mind cooking some/or all nights to specialize dietary needs. *Shared a photo of our Hot Pot on second night.*

The apartment was cozy and nice just the ac and beds was really an issue and privacy, also parking sucked for big vehicles.
The ac kept stopping and kept needing the breakers in the house reset so all the rooms were hot and it was annoying and the beds all sucked, felt old and broken down, random people came up to our door asking for people that wasn't us.

The property was conveniently located for my daughters ongoing medical treatment in San Jose, and was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed, even down to garaging for our hire car.
Our host Lương was awesome. This was my first trip to the USA, and travelling with a load of medical equipment in the middle of a global pandemic was stressful, but Lương made it easy and he was very friendly to deal with.
Having food and snacks available for us was a nice touch, especially if you are unable to get to a supermarket.
Lương’s hospitality was top notch and his knowledge of the area, the sights and attractions, the shopping and the restaurants was exceptional and certainly reassured us and was always available to answer questions.
We are very grateful for being able to stay here and will look to stay here again for future trips. 😎

Great location for 2 bedroom apartment home in San Jose. Host provides a great selection of drinks and snacks, ready on the go. A peaceful warm entity that feels like home. Santana row shopping center is a few minutes of a walk coming across the Winchester mysterious house which is a MUST SEE EVENT with the family. Host is available and attentive accommodating Needs of comfort. Very respectful, cool, calm and collective. I booked for a whole week. Definitely would book this property again!!!!
