Hôtel La Tour Intendance

Great location

Parking was a bit complicated

The location was great near the nice walkable areas of Bordeaux.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain very well but that is easily fixed. It could use something to put luggage on rather than the floor.

Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable bed and clean.

The location was good

Room was very small so asked for to be moved> A larger room was only available for two out of the three nights The electric sockets only worked if the light switch was on so one night we had to sleep with the light on in the room in order to charge our phones There were many steps around the hotel which I found dangerous and the stairs was treacherous The curtains in the room we moved to were hanging off the rail and the mirrored wardrobes in each room were all cracked> in one room the safe was not fixed so could be removed so not suitable for valuables or anything else
