Communication was quick and easy. Location is excellent. Stores and restaurants are in walking distance. Beach is very close. Pool is crazy close, convenient and beautiful. Loved the area. We took our dogs and there was a nice area to walk them. The condo is on the second floor but plenty of stairs and an elevator. The condo needs to be updated badly. The pictures you see are not what you get. The couch is in bad shape. There are no beach chairs or beach towels or umbrellas or toys for the beach. The beach chairs provided were rusted and broken. The balcony was nice to have but the outside chairs were broken and banister was dangerously broken. The beds were comfortable but master bed was noisy. Bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper and towels. Kitchen was provided with the basics, plenty of trash bags and paper towels. Would have been nice to have a bigger frying pan, a few seasonings and a little coffee. I would love to go back to Tybee but not this condo unless updates were made.

For the most part our stay was great! My only complaint was that the couch, which was a pullout bed, was so uncomfortable. We couldn't sit and watch TV from the living room. All and all, for the price and access to the beach was great.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless and well-kept, and the kitchen was set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and nightlife. The balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view after a day out. Communication with management was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tybee Island!

The unit was clean and in a great location. The pool is quite nice, clean, well-maintained and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We felt the pictures misrepresent Unit 6 Silver Shores. The couch pictured is not couch in unit; the couch in unit is broken down and very uncomfortable to sit on. Only other seating in unit is at table - 2 wooden straight back chairs and 2 stools. The porch furniture is broken down and cushions are flat .The AC and appliances work well, kitchen is well-furnished.
