The property was okay

There was a lot of noise from the upstairs. The AC wasn’t cool enough and you cannot change it. We have to leave the luggage and that’s what we did, we just wait five minutes because I was with my mom who needs a rest cause she has an age and the staff called me very rudely to just leave the apartment immediately, that was very rude because we just wanted to rest for five minutes sitting on the couch which I tell the cleaning lady that we were going to rest five minutes and then leave the apartment as I was requested. Then the staff called me very rudely shouting me saying that I have to leave the apartment immediately. I don’t think you treat clients like that.

Mamo is excellent to deal with. The property is in a great location next to a modern cost effective tram to the station and airport. The apartment is stylish and has lovely views and is perfect for 5 or 6 adults. It has superb AC and heating. You will love your stay like we did!

No complaints at all

We were very comfortable, and there were six of us. The location was terrific, with a tram stop from the airport right in front of the apartment (final stop) and easy walk to the duomo and other sites. While the front room was on the piazza, the two bedrooms were in the back and very quiet. There were a couple of very small issues that was taken care of by the management very quickly.

The two flights of stairs didn't bother us, but could be a problem if stairs cause you difficulty.

Really love the location.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning is very bad. The wifi is almost non existent. Which is important for overseas travellers
