Because I didn't look closely before booking ( my fault ) was smoking room and was afoul smelly . Being 65 + with bad legs . The two levels of stairs was really bad to go up each evening . Every chair and couch here uncomfortable.

The apartment was pure perfection for what we needed with our trip to Chicago for C2E2. A quick walk, and we were there. The beds were fantastic! The place was beyond clean, and it was greatly appreciated to have such a welcoming place to stay!

I stayed for the conference held at McCormick center. It is so close that I could drop by anytime I needed the rest. Very responsive staff and great location. Also, bed is so comfortable.
I couldn't find the lift to carry the luggage to the 2nd floor.
