Nice location

Almost everything else, our first night, there was a leak in the ceiling that apparently left the bed wet, so we couldn’t stay there. Also the room smelled and the bathroom door couldn’t close. They offered us other rooms temporarily just to come back later to the same room. Some of the rooms they offered weren’t clean and also smelled bad. They finally offered (also temporarily) another room that seemed better and didn’t smelled, so we stayed there, however it had dog hair all over! In the bed, the pillows, the floor, everywhere. Also, the shower was a mess, as it was impossible to fixate a temperature, constantly going from completely cold to burning hot in seconds. Overall this was my worst experience ever. One girl in the staff tried to help but the management seemed not to care and wasn’t at all open to help. I wouldn’t recommend ANY of the properties listed under the name Majikal in Cholula, the place in general is not clean and maintenance seems to be almost non existent in all the rooms we visited and in the rest of the facilities.

The place is indeed magical! Really loved how each room had a theme, ours inspired by Diego Rivera and Frida. The kitchen had everything you'd need. Location was perfect, self-checkin, communication was easy, everything was very lovely. Highly recommend and would surely stay again!
