This was a very nice condominium, close to everything in Zihua. Fabulous view of the bay. Adequately stocked with utensils, dishes, etc.... Susie (owner) was easy to contact and helpful. Carmen (the on-site manager) was also very good. There is on-site security and we felt safe here. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The location and view above Playa Madera is fantastic. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The suite is equipped with everything necessary for a fun vacation stay.

Beautiful view of the ocean, located within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants. 77 steps down to Madera beach. The unit itself could use a little updating but because of Covid and new owners a few things are lacking. Unfortunately while we were there there was construction in the building and on the street. The construction in the building finished the day after we left. We voiced our concerns to the owners regarding some deficiencies and the responded and dealt with them promptly. We would recommend this property and we will definitely return.

Second time renting a vacation getaway condo in this Bahia Suites building. Property Manager Carmen on top of things and quickly responsive. Location is awesome, right near restaurant row, easy beach access (77 steps are good for you!), small grocery store just up the street, quick walk to downtown. Pool and grounds well maintained, 24 hour security guard. The view is, well, perfect! Can see the entire bay, some beach, palm trees... Spent alot of chill time in the units two rocking chairs at the open edge of the living room. (Like a covered balcony) enjoying the sound of the surf, birds... our zen. King size bed comfortable, kitchen was fine as we ate breakfast and some lunches in the unit. Bedroom AC was great and unit ceiling fans and ocean breeze was perfect. What would we change... Ok, the wall sconce lights were too bright at night for our liking, a couple lamps would have been nice, and there is only one lamp in the bedroom, made reading in bed a bit of a challenge. Also, a couple times there was an "odour" from the bathroom floor drain next to the toilet. We would definitely rent the unit again, and hope to do so when our next vacation time rolls around.

Perfect location for walking everywhere! View was spectacular. It was a little annoying that you had to be let in and out of locked gate by a security guard every time you went somewhere.

Where to start? The view is spectacular, condo well done, management very responsive (shout out to Carmen), and owners were so accommodating. We had a couple of issues (ours- work related), and Harry and Susie jumped in immediately to help, along with Carmen. We can't say enough good things about the owners. Neighborhood terrific- just a short walk to numerous excellent restaurants, to town or the pier for fishing, or down the stairs to the beach. We loved Zihua, and hope to be back soon.

I truly enjoyed this place and recommend it highly. The open-air feeling is wonderful, it's well-appointed, safe, and convenient to the beach and downtown.

We had an incredible 10 day stay in Zihuantanejo over the holiday break, and this condo is truly one of the reasons it was so incredible. As beautiful as they are, the pictures don't do this place justice. When you first walk in, the view takes your breath away, and that feeling never disappears (as a side note, we were trying to decide where to watch fireworks on NYE and then we realized-- we already have the best view in town!). The location is FANTASTIC-- right in the heart of some great restaurants, the beach, and downtown, but separate enough to be peaceful. The pool is a gorgeous place to spend some quiet time, and the enclosed bedroom with AC ensures comfortable rest in between days of fun. The building is clean and well-maintained with friendly 24-hour security, and Carmen is so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I could go on and on-- we loved our stay here and can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous view from open living area. Very clean and well equipped. Guard on duty in lobby 24/7 so very secure. Close to good restaurants and just steps to the beach. Only downside were dogs barking during night and early morning right below our unit.

This was a great location and property. Views were wonderful and easy to get to beach. The kitchen was equipped as advertised. Staff helpful and friendly. Restaurants were close and we were happy with them all. The pool was lovely and relaxing. Malecon in the evening was great for walking and enjoying the evening breeze. We are already planning on our next trip.

We can’t say enough good things about this property. The condo was a perfect size, the location superb and the view, just wow. The property manager Carmen and all the staff could not be more helpful. The area is great with lots of great restaurants nearby and the local markets for fresh vegetables and fish. It should be noted this property is on a hill overlooking the beach, hence the view, so there are steep slopes and steps to contend with but for us this presented no problems in fact we welcomed the exercise. However if you have mobility/health problems be aware.

The condo was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Carmen was available and extremely helpful. Had a perfect vacation. Hoping to be able to return in the near future.

Another great month at this condo. After extensive renovations the experience got even better. Very comfortable space, with almost everything new. The location is ideal for walking pretty much anywhere in Zihua. Any questions or concerns are promptly dealt with by the always helpful property manager, Carmen. A perfect spot for 2 people.

Pictures don't do it justice. It has recently been renovated and looks great but as soon as you see the view you are hooked. The bedroom has air conditioning and a very comfortable bed and a decent amount of closet space. Other than the bedroom and bathroom the rest of space is completely open. We cooked most of our meals on a lovely gas stove. There is a good size fridge and lots of containers for leftovers if you have any. Everthing you need and if you have any requests for something Carmen is only too happy to assist. She is definitely a gem and so was Enrique and Jose. You need to be able to walk hills though as the condo is on a hill as most condos are, however taxis are always available and reasonable. The town is close by and very clean with places to eat in just about every block. Definitely would return. Zihuantaneo is the most beautiful place I personally have seen in Mexico!!

We will be back, loved every minute of our two weeks here. The town was so close and everyone was friendly!

This one bedroom condo was perfect for us. The location was perfect for a walk to the beach which was around the corner and down 77 steps. We counted them. We were also around the corner from “restaurant row”, which kept us content with great food. Even the smaller beach restaurants had amazing food. We didn’t cook in the unit, although the kitchen is equipped for it if you like. We did , however, make wonderful margaritas from the inexpensive fresh limes we bought at the market, and guacamole to enjoy the open view with. The pool is clean and refreshing. A great place to visit with other residents of the building. The condo could use a bit of updating but all in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks.

Accommodations were excellent and onsight personnel available and attentive to all needs. Everything was just as advertised - maybe even better!

This little condo is very conveniently located overlooking Playa Madera, just a few minutes walk away from town and an amazing number of restaurants. We usually stay closer to Playa La Ropa which is still our very favorite but quite a trek away from town. It could use some updating but is very comfortable and relaxing. Great small pool and lots of nice people (owners and guests) plus the manager Carmen is just the best person in the world. It is hard to leave! For a very reasonably priced vacation we highly recommend it. Oh ... and, hard to find in Mexico, the bed is SO comfortable. Will miss falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves and tropical birds.

My husband and I just returned from 3 weeks in this awesome condo. The location is great with shopping and great places to eat within walking distance. Carmen was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We had a problem with our internet and Carmen had it fixed the nexr day. Words can not describe the view, it was better than imagined and the water was warm and great to swim in. We felt secure and the other owners were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this rental highly, but it is on a very steep hill so if walking is an issue be warned. Thanks again, can't wait to return.
