The staff and cleanliness
The location is dar away from the sightseeings however if you use the metro you will save time
The room was very small but I think it’s the issue of all European hotels

I highly recommend this hotel! First of all, do NOT skip the breakfast. We didn’t add breakfast when booking because we thought we wanted the full “Parisian breakfast experience” out in the city. However, after trying the hotel breakfast on our first morning, we ended up having it there every single day of our stay!
The breakfast is truly TOP TIER, especially considering the excellent quality and incredible value. For around $13–$14 per person, the buffet offered far more variety and quantity than we expected, with something for everyone. The chive soft-scrambled eggs were especially delicious! The staff member who prepared and managed breakfast each morning was also extremely professional, attentive, and kind. We were genuinely impressed.
Moving away from the amazing breakfast (yes, we liked it THAT much!): the location was perfect, the service was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and housekeeping did a fantastic job.
This is a cute, unpretentious 3-star hotel that delivers the service and presentation you might expect from a much higher-rated property. It doesn’t have tons of facilities or unnecessary extras, but we honestly didn’t need them. It exceeded our expectations in everything that actually mattered to us.
The location also made getting around Paris very easy. We interacted with several different front-desk staff members throughout our 5+ day stay, and without exception, they were polite, respectful, warm, and helpful.
Considering the price, the excellent breakfast, the comfortable room size, the cleanliness, the location, and especially the wonderful staff, I would 100% stay here again. Just keep in mind that the rooms may not have particularly scenic views, which we already knew before booking and was not important to us.
Major thanks and compliments to the EXCELLENT front-desk team, housekeeping staff, and breakfast server.
The room was great overall, but the bathtub/shower setup was a genuine safety concern. The bathtub was unusually high to step into and out of, even for me as a tall person with long legs. I kept thinking about how difficult, and potentially dangerous, this could be for an elderly person, someone shorter, or anyone with limited mobility.
The inside of the tub was also quite slippery and relatively small, which made the height even more concerning. It was scary to step out of the tub, every time. We requested a non-slip bath mat, and the staff were great about providing one, but I think the hotel should consider additional safety measures, such as a permanent non-slip surface, grab bars, or even a small step to make entering and exiting the tub safer. Perhaps this design is specific to our room, but it is something the hotel should be mindful of to help prevent accidents. Otherwise, the bathroom and shower were perfectly good. Add Safety bars please! To grab and avoid falling down.
Our only other negative experience happened on our final day with a young staff member we had not interacted with previously. I was initially surprised to be denied tap water when I asked for some because we were very thirsty. He also seemed concerned that other staff members had previously provided us with free tap water and repeatedly asked who had given it to us. I did not feel comfortable with this pressing question.
Considering we had stayed at the hotel for more than five days and had breakfast there almost every morning, it felt unnecessary and uncomfortable to make such an issue over a simple request of tap water or suggest that we needed to purchase bottled water instead. Thankfully, he eventually provided the tap water and was polite and kind in the end, so I appreciated that.
These were relatively minor issues compared with an otherwise excellent stay, although I do think the bathtub safety concern in particular is something the hotel should take seriously.
