The Staff were very helpful and nice . They trued to make our stay as good as possible . The Bed were comfortable and the apartment was specious enough.

The Whole Hotel is very depreciated . The Restaurant does not meet the standards of the hotel chain . The Location is very uncomfortable is you want to visit the nice places in Istanbul. The washing machine wasn't working, and we had to remind them about the cleaning. The hotel requires renovation to request such a price per night !

Receptionist was very cooperative, apartment was very nice and very clean.

It was a three bedroom villa and it was spacious

it seems like the villa was faulty, the lights not working, fridge and washing machine not working a lot of the floorboards not put together, seem like there was some sort of water damage because the wallpaper was bubbling up from the paint. Food was going off in the fridge had to get a an engineer every other day to come and sort out all the problems. The walls in the corridor not like how was described in the picture. I was looking and looked like it needed refurbishing definitely not worth the money. It was frustrating and time-consuming because we would have to wait for the engineer to come which would take up to 30mins- 1 hour to arrive.
