Great location within walking distance of most local hot spots and the beach. Very comfortable bed and free parking! The unit even had beach chairs, which was a great plus!

Bathroom was very small and sinks at an odd angle which made brushing teeth somewhat tricky. Limited outlets in bathroom/near mirror when getting ready for evening out. Parking was very tight and difficult to get in/out of when the lot was full.

The location was great and the room was clean. The tiki theme was a nice addition. The room had everything we needed.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and constantly needed to be scooted back against the wall. I feel the mattresses were comfortable enough, but having to scoot the bed overnight didn’t help. Pillows would fall between the bed and wall, etc. The stairs weren’t well lit. Adding some lights would increase safety. The coffee pot worked fine, but having a keurig option would be a great addition.

The location was ideal, and the size was comfortable for two people.

I wish the steps were trimmed with low watt lighting. Nighttime use was tricky.

Right in the heart of Folly! Easy to walk to beach, restaurants and shops. good AC, big fridge and coffee with a coffee maker. food store just around the corner for any supplies. clean and a cheerful décor.

The location is super convenient to the public beach. It was great that there was a designated parking spot; it sure looked like parking is typically tough to find. The decor is adorable. Getting in was easy, as was checking out. The coffee was a nice touch. Loved reading the guest book. The AC worked well. The Roku and TV options, including Netflix, were great. The floors are easy clean, so sand is easily swept up. Water pressure is great, refrigerator works well. All the little things (sponge, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels) were provided. It's a great space for three people. The kitchen had just about everything we needed - due to the pandemic we didn't eat out or get takeout even once, we cooked all meals in, and it worked. The property management company was very responsive to texts on weekdays.

The knives were so dull they were dangerous. There was no toaster, and this was something we were sure would be there. We assumed there was a washer/dryer but there was not; for this amount per night I did expect it to be there. The range is tiny, and the burners are lopsided, and there are two pots only, so don't expect to make gourmet meals. Your parking space is tight and people double-park your car, be prepared. The steps are on the parking lot/alley side, near the garbage, so be prepared for smells when coming and going. On the weekend it can be somewhat loud outside late at night. The sofa is way too sinky to be comfortable but it was clean and adequate. Bathroom sink drained slowly. A fake drawer front fell off entirely without us touching it. The property management company did not respond to texts on the weekend. My husband felt we'd paid a super premium for what we got, given these factors. I was just happy to get to the beach, personally, and this is my all-time favorite one - Folly has that old-timey small beach town feel, a rarity these days.

parking was rough for my F-150 very tight. Service next door at taco boy was bad.
