Era un apartamento comodo para estar en familia. El acceso fue sencillo, no hay una recepcion sino que es acceso con clave, pero funciono sin novedad.

Que cobran por el parqueadero, la cocina no tiene estufa y por lo tanto es muy limitado para preparar un desayuno. El checkin es un poco tarde, a las 4pm, y si se quiere antes se debe pagar mas. El ascensor tiene un olor raro.

A localização, ter estacionamento, ter elevador.

O apartamento era para 06 pessoas ,sendo que duas dormiriam no sofá cama. O safo manchado, com O colchão desgastado e eu ao dormir senti a ferragem Nas costas, péssima experiência.

Tinha toalha e roupa de cama apenas para 04 pessoas mesmo sendo reserva para 05. Sofá cama muito desconfortável, colchão com fundo no meio. Estacionamento muito caro, e não é possível deixar na rua pois na rua é pago por hora.

I really enjoyed staying here. Although the air conditioning went out they responded quickly and resolved the issue asap. I really enjoyed the space and will be returning.

The keypad on the door was broken so we could not press the button for number 5 and our door code had the number 5 in it… we had to use the sonder app to get into the room all the time… I contacted the customer service about it and they said they would provide us with a keyfob but it never came..

Easy check in and out with the smart lock. The apartment comes with the parking garage which is huge plus. The apartment was clean, had to spacious rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed. Overall very good value for the price.

Elevator during our stay was out of order for a day. And there is a construction right next to the building that could get a little bit noisy sometimes.

Apartment was not properly cleaned. Not all windows had curtains. Also in one of the bedrooms the curtains did not fully close.

Easy to get in to, good space, nice finishes and shower products

Location was good for me. Easy enough to get to the room. Actually had a chance to use washer/dryer. The family of ducks living outside the front door was indeed cute.

The 6am wake up from the construction sites (yes two of them) next door. Elevator floor was scruffy and needed replacing. The hot/cold faucet head of the shower kept falling off when using it. Couldn't figure out what a couple of light switches would do. TV was simply a monitor, couldn't get anything on it without using my own smart phone. Staying there for 8 nights and never had the sheets changed? At least once would have been appreciated. Bedroom closet was huge - could have used that extra space in the bedroom instead of an unused empty closet.

Location..close to a lot of attractions and places we went during our stay. Such as wynwood, Miami Beach, and of course midtown. Also, love the idea of not having a lobby, felt more comfortable and homey. Just a short walk away from a small park and sitting area to overlook the water.

Would have loved if a stove/oven was in the apartment, would make the space 10x better.

It has a parking lot

The sleeping sofa was broken, and we realized that at 11 in the night when we were back to the apartment. As the place has no lobby or assistance, we had to contact assistance through email and that cost us a lot of time until we got a response meanwhile we couldn't sleep until they finally responded and send us to an apartment next door. Also the sink was dirty when we arrived to the apartment. No extra sheets for the sleeping sofa and the only one they left was for the mattress and it had a hole! The sleeping sofa in the other apartment wasn't broken but it was very uncomfortable. They should look after a better furniture. The apartment has big closets but no lights inside After all the inconveniences, they didn't even refund the night that we couldn't sleep properly

I wish the elevator was working. We had lots of heavy bags and no one notified us regarding the broken elevator. As well not enougth parking to guests.

It was very clean, big room and nice place. The room was exactly what we expected. There were lots of places close by in walking distance such as Wynnwood walls and many food places. The beach was only 20 minute drive away which was a huge plus.

There was a pungent smell on the ground floor but that disappeared as soon as you got to the elevator. The coffee machine and coffee were not to my liking but thats ok. There was alot of construction around so the view was not too great but other then that it was good.
