This cabin was wonderful and we very much enjoyed it. The only slight issue we had was for whatever reason they did not know we had a reservation and there was some confusion there but the staff was very helpful in getting it figured out and everything turned out great in the end!

Kathy was excellent and made sure my wife had birthday balloons waiting inside the cabin when we arrived! She also was very responsive and helpful during our stay!

Chemicals in hot tub triggered my allergies. Tried to go in twice but just coughed to much. This also happened at a property that we stayed at last April in the black bear community.

Family had a great stay here. Cabin was as advertised and well kept. Owner was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this cabin.

My first time in Tennessee I didn’t know what to expect but this cabin was amazing it was super clean it had everything we needed most definitely would recommend! I will be renting this again!

We searched many cabins prior to choosing this one. We absolutely loved everything about this cabin, from the location to downtown Gatlinburg, to the beautiful neighborhood that we did walks in, to the views from the decks… breathtaking! The inside was immaculate, every details was perfectly picked out with the bear themed! Not to mention the beds were incredibly comfortable which is so important after a long day of adventures! My favorite place was sitting on the couch with a beverage ( coffee in the morning and wine in the evening ) with the fire place on and enjoying the views of the mountains! We did not want to leave! Will definitely return in the future! Thank you for an amazing spring break!!

Amazing views, photos cannot capture the beauty. The cabin was immaculate. Hot tub was super clean and read for relaxing after a long day of site seeing and shopping…what better time to be there. Thanksgiving shopping at its best. Definitely needed more time! The game room was great! Me, my husband and 10 year old daughter had some tournaments lol. Everything we needed was there, except for one thing…just 1. A can opener. You can’t beat that! Kathy, our property contact, was probably the nicest and quickest responding contact ever. I hope to be in contact with Kathy again for another stay. Don’t forget your nausea patch or Dramamine if you get motion sickness. We were thank goodness! Totally worth!

This cabin was just as described. The cabin was so cozy and had everything we needed. We loved all of it. Very well kept and very clean. Loved the rustic/outdoor decor. Enjoyed the game room area and sitting on the front porch looking at the mountains.

Beautiful views with a nice deck and rocking chairs. Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Cabin was spacious, very clean with plenty of dishes, pans, utensils and updated kitchen appliances. TV’s, video and board games kept teenagers from getting bored at night. Very true to description and pictures.

We were in awe of the view, ease of location to attractions and restaurants and we truly enjoyed the community. Enjoy the feel of staying up in the mountains, but handy to Gatlinburg area attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with all supplies a culinarian could want/need including small appliances such as blender, mixer, cutting board, utensils, including specialty items like a cheese slicer and wine opener; plenty of mixing/serving bowls, and surprisingly high quality knives. There are plenty of dishes and glassware, including wine glasses. Video games and pool table provided fun family times. The fireplaces are easy to turn on and abolutely lovely. The Rokus on each of the TVs (which were large TVs) made it very easy to add or login to our own apps (Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, etc) and have our "own TV" with us on vacation. Put some music on the TV downstairs while you are playing pool or relaxing in the hot tub (reminder to log out of your apps when you leave). Hot tub is clean and ready when you arrive (it is drained and refilled for you, so it's very clean). Plenty of linens were provided as well. We would definitely stay at this location again. Check-in and check-out instructions were very easy to follow. I have only one complaint and that is more about clear communication about the community pool. In the email regarding your stay, you are told there is a "pool pass" for the community pool, located in the kitchen. It is there, handy. However, the Black Bear Falls Commuity pool is only open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. This is not specified in the communication from the Managment Company, and the email reads as though you can use the pool at any time, hence the pool pass provided. There are not "open dates" on the pool pass. We were there in late April and one kiddo was very disappointed and does not adjust well to unexpected changes. We had to pivot and adapt: If traveling to Black Bear Falls community when the pool is not open (Sept - May), you can make a short drive to the Westgate Resort and pay a one-day pass for their waterpark: Wild Bear Falls Water Park ($25/person, per day). Otherwise, great work by Enzzio Management and the housekeeping staff. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Black Bear Falls. House was clean and comfortable and easy to get to. Nice proximity to downtown and the grocery store. Well maintained neighborhood and house with everything that we needed during our stay. Our whole family loved the lower level gaming area as it afforded everyone the opportunity to be together while doing different things. We had one minor issue with the WiFi not working the night we arrived, but management company was very responsive (even on a Saturday night) and the issue was quickly resolved. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Minutes to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but off the beaten path. This unit provided a great view. With two 15 year old boys we enjoyed the split level bedrooms as the boys were in the downstairs (awesome game room) and we had the main floor. We would defiantly come back and stay again.

This cabin was out of this world cozy and the fireplace was great also,the beds were super comfy and the view was breath taking, I'm from Florida so go figure. The mountains were very beautiful. Thanks for the experience.

The property was very well-maintained and clean. The cabin itself was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. We are already making plans to stay again next year.

We’ve been visiting the smokies over 20 years, two or three times a year. While we’ve had our favorite rentals. Black Bear tracks has moved to the top of our list. “Clean”and well stocked with everything you need. Hopefully future guests appreciate it and take care of what you’ve provided for everyone’s enjoyment. Thank you.
