Everything was just as pictured on the listing. Undated/modern two bedroom duplex. Bunk bed in second bedroom. All the cooking utensils, coffee, filters, sugar, creamer, spices and cooking oil that one needs for their stay. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and liquid hand soap. Plenty of towels, as well as 4 beach towels. Park car on grass either road side or house side of sidewalk. Older/quiet neighborhood, never heard residents of other side of duplex. Approx. 18 to 30 minutes to beaches, depending on traffic. Only suggestions to owners: There were no wash clothes (but they did say would have brought some if we would have messaged). Nice if would have been dish towel & ice trays. Switch inside front door is for front light, not interior. Suggested a night light in living room, as low clear glass coffee table is a trip hazard when entering dark room at night. Contrary to another's previous review, absolutely no live bug seen inside during our 10 day stay! Table & chairs in small fenced in area outside side door from kitchen, if one wants to sit outside (just keep the door shut, as it is the tropics with bugs and bug eating lizards :-). Home is an excellent value, highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time. The location is great, and it’s very private. The casa azul is a great place to stay for vacations. Milena left for us all necessary things for our use during our stay.
