Place was clean. Location was good. Host was friendly.

The place looks nice but it isn't very comfortable. There is no hot water. The internet is terrible. The Internet is shared with the rest of the family. When the Internet works its slow, and it often disconnects, presumably because others are using it. There are sofas but no TV in the living room, only on the wall in the bedroom far from the bed. There is no desk to work at. There are no chairs. There is no kitchen table to eat at, only a tiny bar with stools that look nice but are not comfortable. The microwave doesn't work. The stove doesn't work. There is a patio but you can't use it as the side door is locked. The bedroom is connected to the rest of the studio and there is a lot of light coming in so it isn't dark starting at 5am. The studio is yours but the family of the owner must have all the nearby units. One of them parks a car right in front of your door, and they come and go, opening and closing the gate. People are walking around all the time, and going into the attached garage. There was loud construction on the gate and wall in front of the studio everyday except Sunday when I stayed there. No desk, bad internet, and the noise made it hard to work from home. I expected more for the price.
