Lyndoch Hotel is a quiet & comfy little gem of a place to stay. There are only three rooms tucked away behind the social area. The staff are friendly & informative, especially Mazz. The bed is most comfortable & the room had all that we needed, microwave, toaster, fridge & the shower pressure great. There was free wi-fi for those who need it. And there is ample off-street free parking. We thoroughly recommend Lyndoch Hotel for both short & long stay. Thank you to all at Lyndoch Hotel

Would have been nice of the room had a service clean up daily or at least what I needed to do the dishes.

Staff and locals very friendly, nice place and good breakfast. Easy access and plenty of parking space. Meals were real good pub tucker or even flasher.

Breakfast provided was handy. We had 4 packets of cereals and 3 packets of long life milk for our 3 night stay. In this instance, this was ample for my hubby and I, as only I of us needed an early breakfast.

Toiletries could be improved. Not only was it basic, we were provided with 1 bottle of the hotel shampoo when we booked in for 3 nights. It was a good thing that the the local grocer was just around the corner. Check-in could have been better. Staff had to clarified that we had paid for our accommodation. We did show our booking.com payment confirmation, but still had to wait quite a while as they system did not show this.

A beautiful historic building with renovated rooms. Great amenities in room with a microwave and toaster supplied.

Busy intersection noise, and lack of privacy to have window shades open for light and air.

Location is very good, in the heart of Lyndoch Very clean and neat.

The room was at the back of the hotel in a built-on. The windows were small and un-curtained so there was no way to let daylight in if you were in the room. The sun would have a hard time getting to the room anyway due to a wall of torn and worn out green blind which separated it from the car park. The scrap of dirt which could have been filled with shade loving plants was bare. So, no out-look, shabby surroundings and parsimonious toiletries ( one shampoo for 2 people, but two soaps. We were in it for only a short time before we realised it was not for us but the amount of sugar and coffee and tea seemed adequate. However, if you were on a winery tour and couldn't drive then it provided a clean bed and shower. It was clean and tidy although small. Just not for us who wanted a special night.
