The location

Everything else, from the check in procedure that took long time due to my arrival 30 mins before 3 pm after a long trip WITH the family. No one available on site to help, no elevator, so if you have heavy laugages its an uphill task. Not clean, furniture in horrible condition especially the mattresses. At the end of that they asked for an insurance to make sure that no damage occurs and so far that was not returned although we passed the 14 days period. The problem was that booking.com confirmed that I have to submit the deposit as it is written in the policy. But if that was part of the policy why wouldn't booking.com perform that through them?. why shall I pay to a 3rd party that I might not trust?... Until now the amount was not refunded!! The apartment condition did not deserve the amount I paid for the rent, how about a damage insurance with 250pounds????
