Great location and all the amenities for a family

Nothing!!! Everything was wonderful!! Our granddaughter wanted to stay for THREE WEEKS!! :)

It is self catering so no breakfast. The view was excellent and to be able to witness the Hunter River in flood was a first. The balcony was spacious and well furnished. All in all, a great place to stay in Morpeth.

Only disappointing thing was that there was no top sheet on either bed which we have had everywhere else we have stayed.

We self catered. The location was perfect for our vacation needs-outstanding vista from an accommodating family spacious area. We are seriously contemplating a return visit at a non public holiday period. The adjacent liquor store, nearby supermarket, and coffee outlet were appreciated. The colonial architecture of the town, while not all accessible deserve a second visit. Our stay in Morpeth proved to be a very suitable centre for easy access to the Hunter Valley environs and wineries. This accommodation provided good value for money.

While the bedroom space was adequate, a lengthy, steep stairwell can be a challenge for less mobile residents. One of the rubbish bins hadn't been cleared recently. The incline to and from the parking space could prove dangerous should the attention of the driver was averted.
