The place was clean. The only negative was they were quite noisy upstairs after midnight

Extremely clean and professionally structured. I think some condiments, a larger coffee pot that serves more than one person and a fan to circulate the air in the basement suite would have been nice. The neighborhood is very nice/safe and accessible to everything in Winnipeg. We are happy with the stay.

Nice stay. Clean and nice to have two separate rooms. People using vacuum at 830 at night and then before 830 am next morning was only issue.

When we arrived the place was nice and clean but when we went in there was water all over the floor as the dehumidifier wasnt working. We were also unable to get the tv to work. We reached the host by knocking on their door as we had no way of contacting them as noone had acknowledged our arrival. She came down and replaced the remote for the tvand emptied and unplugged the humidifier and said her husband would be down to look at it. We never saw or heard from our hosts again We asked for more towels but never recieved them4 towels and 2 faceclothes for two people is not sufficient. The place was extremely damp because of no dehumidifier and our towels were never dry. Although we enjoyed our stay I would not return or recommend it. Hesitated between a 3 and 4 rating but went with 4 because it was clean and an excellent location
