The location of the house was perfect, everything in the house worked flawlessly. Ines greeted us and was very helpful. The house was clean, although there were a few tiny insects occasionally. Overall, it's great value for money and in a perfect location 😌

small insects

Exceptional location, value for money is amazing and the best staff i had ever found myself to meet.

There was only one beer in the fridge. ( should be two)

The central location was really convenient and the host was very responsive. Washing machine, hairdryer, and ironing facilities all provided. Spacious enough for two people and the bed was fairly comfortable. Good AC, which was left on for when we arrived.

Most of the apartment requires maintenance. The shower in particular was unpleasant. There are two shower heads, both with very poor water pressure. The main shower head does not work properly and excessively leaks when the water is on and after it has been turned off. The bottles of body wash and hand wash provided were empty. The apartment was generally dusty, particularly the bathroom. Whilst the bed was comfortable, the pillows were not as they're quite large and lumpy. The sheet provided to cover yourself with was big enough for only one individual, however there was a spare blanket in one of the cabinets (which was still a bit too warm for summer). The TV was confusing to navigate and several power outlets are sticking out of the wall. Be mindful that the apartment is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator, which was working fine on the first day of our stay but stopped working on the way down for the remaining days. This made it quite difficult taking our luggage downstairs for checkout. When we mentioned this to the host we were offered no help and told to carry the luggage downstairs. Overall a convenient location that would benefit from some repairs.
