If you are looking for a bit of paradise, this is the place! Beautifully decorated, spotless, amazing location, stunning sunset views, every commodity provided. Open layout, good size rooms, living room was huge with a beautiful window overlooking the water. Comfortable king size beds, bunkbeds for the kids/grandkids, wonderful kitchen along with another eating area there too. Bathrooms perfect. Washer and dryer great! Helpful brochures for local restaurants, things to see and do set out. Several decks to relax and check out the views. The perch on top was the icing on the cake! Watched the sunsets every evening, so calming after a day at the beach. It felt like home (we wish it was). :) Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids all provided in the two car garage, as well as an outdoor shower for washing off the sand. Hosts were wonderful, property manager was the best! Beach house is located in a very quiet cul de sac with the sound steps away, and the ocean across the street just minutes away. Navarre beach is just as nice as the Caribbean, the sand is like sugar and the water is aqua and crystal clear. Publix, Aldi, Culvers, Walmart, lots of restaurants and stores just minutes across the bridge. Gulf Breeze Zoo is wonderful and very close by, we enjoyed the Gulfarium too! Lots of nature trails around, good walking and biking paths. Make sure to book enough days because you won't want to leave! We will be back!

This beautiful townhouse has everything you need for an amazing stay in Navarre Beach. We stayed for 7 weeks this spring and totally enjoyed being able to have our kids and grandkids come to visit. There was plenty of space for everyone, both inside and out. Very clean, excellent property manager right next door, great views and outdoor spaces.

We had the absolute best vacation this week. The place is gorgeous and the views out of the main room and master are stunning. It was steps to the sound and calm waters for the littles and we chose to drive the very quick drive to a public access spot with a bathroom for the beach. There is a public access spot within walking distance which we did in the evenings when we weren’t dragging a lot of stuff with us. We could walk easily to the pier even with a 2 year old. The owner was so easy to reach and responded super quick. Perfect trip!

We can't wait to go back!

This property worked great for our family, we loved having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, two eating spaces, and plenty of room in the living room to spread out! The two outdoor areas with views of the bay were beautiful! We really appreciate having nightlights in the bathrooms and bedrooms. It was great to have beach chairs and toys and an umbrella to use. The proximity to the gulf and restaurants was great! Our favorite thing about the property was the few short steps to the beach area on the bay! We went everyday, whether it was to play, swim, relax, or watch the sunset! Communicating with the property owner and manager was delightfully easy and prompt with response. We look forward to staying at this property again!

We love to spend days on the beach, relax in the evenings cooking lots of seafood, and watch a beautiful sunset. The walk to the beach is really easy. Each day we pulled a wagon and the walk still only took about 6 minutes. The water was crystal clear and we always had access to a good spot on the beach. The kitchen was stocked well. We cook daily and I really can't think of anything significant that limited our cooking. The drink fridge made keeping lots of beverages cool and ready for everyone to enjoy was an added bonus. The sunsets from the top porch are beautiful. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Townhouse is very clean with lots of extras to make the stay very comfortable. Owners were very responsive to all questions! Highly recommend!

The renting process was very easy, fast, and user friendly. Mike, the owner was prompt to answer any questions that I had. Gary, the property manager was great as well.

Great location being just steps away from the sound beach and a short walk or drive to the ocean beach. Townhouse accommodated my family and several kids very well. Only complaint was the townhouse did not have a vacuum or broom to keep the floors cleaned of sand and crumbs. We ended up buying a broom to make sure we kept the place clean. Located very close to stores and great restaurants.

We stayed for the month of February 2022, and totally enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are nicely updated, all furnishings were in excellent shape and there was plenty of room for everyone. Our son and his family live in the area, so they often joined us on the weekends, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We have already booked for next year!

Our family enjoyed the best kind of “white” Christmas at Bahia Breeze! We had plenty of space for my husband and I, my mom, and two teenage daughters. It had been recently renovated and it is just beautiful! Each room feels “upscale” but also very comfortable and “homey.” The crow’s nest was a coveted getaway by all and a fun place to gather! It’s like a bonus room and an additional patio. The covered side was great for having breakfast with an awesome view of the sound or a fun place to Zoom friends, and the open deck side offered a quiet place to catch some sun or even star gaze! The owner was very easy to work with and always really prompt with communication. And having super friendly property managers right next door was a plus! In fact, one of the pleasant surprises about this rental was how much of a neighborhood feel we got. The location is toward the end of a culdesac and, while there are several other properties used as rentals there, we also saw and met many “full-timers” who were kind and friendly. It really felt like a home away from home! We look forward to going back to Bahia Breeze the next time we travel to Navarre!

Family of 8 enjoyed this home while in town for a wedding. Very clean and comfortable. Managers live next door and are very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is an excellent property. Well located, extremely clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. We were in the area for my Coast Guard son's "winging" ceremony at Whiting Field. It was a perfect place to celebrate. Would definitely stay again.

This townhouse was extremely clean. The modern beach theme throughout was lovely. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed waking up to the view of the sound every morning. Would love to stay here again!!

The home is newly renovated and very well equipped. The property manager was very helpful, our three year old locked us out and we were taken care of very quickly and with a smile:-) Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

I was nervous that the owners would come through on representations about the property in the listing described. My concerns were all for naught…the property was as described and check-in was easy (thanks Jeff and Gary!). Ownership communicated as needed beforehand and all was as promised! Would stay there again.

This property was the perfect place for me and my family to stay out. There is a beach right outside and then the ocean right across the street. To say this place impressed is an understatement. It was extremely clean and everything looked brand new. The owners did not go cheap when renovating this property and it shows.

The house was amazing, the area it was in was perfect. 10 min drive to walmart for things you need. Both sides to get in the water where great. The whole house was great, we felt at home. We all slept good, I heard no complaints from my kids. We will definitely be coming again.
