Good times

This is a great place to stay. You can walk/bike many places, huge kitchen, washer/dryer ror those on the road a while, and nice comfy bed. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location with a short walk to Old Town

Great location. Can walk to lots of restaurants and shopping.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house is spacious and has proper amenities including a washer and dryer that work very well, a dishwasher, and a powerful A/C unit so you can keep the temperature comfortable. I really enjoyed the back yard! There is a rabbit that seems to live back there and it was so exciting to look out and watch her hop around and nibble on the grass. The neighbors were also very friendly. It is situated in a nice area, not too far from downtown but far enough away that it was quiet at night (which in my opinion is ideal). My only suggestion for the host would be to add an electric kettle for making tea and coffee. Would love to stay here again if I am ever back in Fort Collins!

great place!! Walkable to lots

Had everything I needed for my one night stay. Lots of water. Good location and safe neighborhood. It is an entire house which was nice because most of the places we stayed on our vacation were connected guest houses or some sort of basement apartment. They have a washer and dryer which was actually nice because most places don't even have that. Some say that the beds could use updating but I think for just a quick place to sleep I found myself completely comfortable. The peep hole for the door was super unique. Loads of awesome stuff to do in town as well which was all very close by.

Suitable for 4+ adults. Two bedrooms: one twin bed and one full futon. Another futon in living area. Good closet space, Gorgeous flooring in living area. Multiple fans/AC helped with air flow. Bathroom: shower/tub, laundry, single sink. Galley kitchen with water in fridge, snacks, coffee machine, utensils. Porch with 2 chairs. It was quite warm so it is a perfect spot and price if you plan to be out and about in Fort Collins most of the time.

This house had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to downtown amenities and attractions.

The location was grand !! Walking distance to many highlights of our stay: downtown with comedy shows, music and many food choices, Martinez Park, River tubing and many walking trails. However, there were several items the Host needs to work on (from overall cleanliness - to exterior doors & appliances not in good working order- to yard maintenance) which we covered and discussed at length. She compensated us for our troubles but just be aware we don’t know how quickly she can or will fix the items so future renters will have a better experience. And in fairness, so will she.

This new AirB&B little house in Old Town has great potential. The location to the park, campus and Old Town is ideal. The house was clean and equipped with the most basic needs for a short stay. I had a question about the Wi-Fi and Mary responded immediately.

When we arrived no air conditioning on and no instructions how to get into air conditioning monitor to turn on. The house was very stuffy and hot and an unwelcome way to arrive. We took our shoes off when we arrived as we put the things away in the kitchen and our bags and within an hour or two our feet were filthy black from the floors. Every day our feet became black after walking barefoot on the floors. The kitchen counters had crumbs under the toaster and by the kitchen sink etc. cabinets had crumbs in them I took of washcloth and cleaned a lot of things up and took all the dishes and run them through the dishwasher since things felt uncertain what was clean. The other major issue we had was that the front screen door was very hard to pull open so each time we entered and left The door was a struggle to use. Because of mosquitoes and flies we wanted to keep it shut. And the front door wasn’t clear how to lock up so we called the owner and she wasn’t sure how to do it either so she came up with a solution that we lock the front door from the inside, go to the back door unlock and go out the back door and go around the house to the front every time we wanted to come snd go. This was not convenient with my knee injury. I would suggest these little things could be fixed by the owner easily and make a stay much easier for others. The owner was pleasant but seemed to not be concerned rather than offer to come over and help with them. So we enjoyed the space and location but these issues definitely affected our stay.

Keeps you protected from the weather and a safe place to eat sleep and repeat. Could use a real mattress. We used a topper from Target and donated it when done. Great local location close to parks town and trails

Nothing fancy about this place but it did exactly what we needed it for. Somewhere close to downtown Fort Collins to rest our heads that wasn’t overpriced and clean. Drive way was perfect to park our vehicles in.
