Ginger was on the spot with anything we needed. The house was very clean (and I admit to being a clean freak). The pool was the best fun for the whole family. We would all love to come again. Thank you, Ginger!

Took our adult children for a weekend at Hilton head . Everything about the house is nicely and simply done and not lacking anything ! Pool area was a favorite spot with the tv and ice maker . Ginger is extremely communicative , helpful and available which made this a top notch trip so we could enjoy every minute ! We will be back!

Our stay was spectacular. The house is the cleanest rental property I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is STOCKED with everything you could possibly want. My husband loves to cook and was so impressed.
The pool was glorious, clean and the TV was a huge perk. My boys loved hanging out in the pool and watching sports every night.
Location wise - it is so peaceful and quiet. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
Ginger the owner was very communicative, answered all my questions quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
I really cannot say enough good things about this house - and I know I will be back!

The house is just as advertised. That backyard is amazing. Ginger is a fabulous hostess. She genuinely wants guests to enjoy themselves and have everything they need. Side note, the kitchen is stocked with green pan products. I've wanted to try them for some time now. As a result of putting them to the test during our trip, I ordered them.

We stayed at the property for 3. nights with our two kids 6 and 3. Everything as as advertised, and it felt like home from the moment we walked in. The pool and awesome back yard set up was a hit, our kids couldn't get enough. Ginger was super responsive and helpful from booking through checkout!

Great Stay in Hilton Head
We had a great time of just relaxing. Every day we were in the pool. Plenty of shopping in the area and golf. Sea Pines has shuttles for the beach if thats what you want as well. Parking is very limited. Restaurants are plenty but very busy this time of year. Your going to wait or make a reservation. But we cooked in most nights as the house has a great kitchen.
On the downside we were caught off guard that there is a community walking trail that comes through the back yard near the pool. Also cameras on the back of the house over the pool area. I'm sure it's for safety and security but still makes you feel like someone is watching or recording. My wife was a bit uncomfortable.
Over all we had a great stay, wonderful home and area.
Owner was great to work with in making the reservation.

She sent several handy guides and information in advance for the home, things to do and places to eat while there that helped us to plan a great family getaway. The home was immaculate and had every possible accessory, utensil, etc. one would need while away from home. The addition of the pool was the perfect touch to this home. Our family spent many days and evenings in the pool or poolside sharing meals and good times. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway Home
Ginger’s place was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family of four. Check-in was easy and Ginger is a responsive host. The new pool was clean, and the outdoor area is a wonderful space to relax. Due to food restrictions, we cooked a majority of our meals and found the kitchen had all of the dishes, pans, and utensils we needed. We were happy to be in Sea Pines area. For those less familiar with the island and distances, we found it reasonable to bike to Coligny Beach and Lawton Stables/Forest Preserve - biking further would have been a stretch for us, at least on rented bikes (heavy, no gears, pedal brakes). We drove to Sea Pines beach and had no trouble parking before 10 am or at night. Really lovely home - would be delighted to return one day!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! We’ve stayed in many homes during our trips to HHI over the years and this was by far the cleanest home to date. The kitchen was fully stocked and organized. We really appreciated the soft bath towels too! Ginger was wonderful and so very sweet to talk to. The wonderful and brand new patio and pool were absolutely fantastic and so well done. The private back yard and quiet neighborhood was also appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Fantastic Property
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! We’ve stayed in many homes during our trips to HHI over the years and this was by far the cleanest home to date. The kitchen was fully stocked and organized. We really appreciated the soft bath towels too! Ginger was wonderful and so very sweet to talk to. The house is fully equipped with many thoughtful, handy items all of which were in excellent condition. The backyard is wonderful. In addition to the grill, ice maker, and mini-fridge, there is a nice pool and a TV!! We had so much fun floating in the pool watching Netflix. Note, the sun gets full on sun until late afternoon.
The location is terrific! The property is located around the corner from one of the gate houses so we quickly and easily could come and go (although traffic at the roundabout could get backed up often). There are a lot of good restaurants very close as well as two grocery stores.
We really hit the trifecta renting this property. The property was better than most, the location was terrific, and Ginger, the host, was top notch! Throughout the process she has been very responsive and attentive. The "user manual" for the house was thorough and when we had questions or needed further assistance, Ginger was prompt to reply.
We already are checking our calendars to rent this rate gem again!

Beautiful Sea Pines Home
We had a wonderful stay for Easter at this beautiful home! The house was immaculate and the new outdoor area and pool were perfect for our family. Great location, with easy bike access to the beach and restaurants.

Spring Break
My family and I stayed here for Spring Break. The house is lovely. Updated, modern, and clean. We had enough space to spread out and the new pool is the perfect edition. My kids and husband were in it every chance they got. We even did a few movie nights since there is a TV out there. If we are ever in HHI again, we will stay here!
