My family and I had an absolutely amazing time at this perfectly situated bi-level ocean front condo. It was clean and spacious and fully appointed with everything we could need and exactly as advertised. View was the most amazing we have had and the sounds of waves were magic as we slept. The entertainment systems (TVs/Netflix, etc) didn’t really work that well and we couldn’t connect but not the end of the world. My only big issue was the lack of clear direction that we had to pick our key to the unit from a separate and different location from a lock box. Was confusing and frustrating upon arrival to receive helpful text messages leading up to our arrival with instructions that left that key piece of information out. The location on the beach and close to lots of restaurants was amazing and I would recommend this spot to anyone. We’ll try and book again for next year

Kitchen supplies need attention. Frying pans are all burned and scratched. Couldn’t use. No oven mits so couldn’t take hot pans out of the oven. Aside from plates cups and utensils you need to bring everything else with you - salt, pepper, foil, zip lock bags etc. Previous units we stayed in had these items. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Had issues with keys and bedroom doors being locked when we checked in. Had to go down multiple times to get correct keys. Front door very hard to open - have to turn key all the way to right and push door. Handle doesn’t work. All closets are so hard to open we couldn’t use. All in all a nice unit.

When you enter the rental property, your on the level with the master bedroom. You have to go down stairs to enter the main living quarters (kitchen, living room, and 2nd bedroom). There is “not” one comfortable place to sit or lie throughout this entire property. BOTH beds were very uncomfortable….to the point that my sister and I woke up in pain every morning. We added the extra bed pillows on top of the mattress to make it tolerable. The master bedroom mattress was worse, it was like sleeping on the floor! The pics on line were probably taken when the furniture and area rug were new. All of the living room furniture was dirty and outdated! There is no screen for the living room & 2nd bedroom sliding doors…so you can’t benefit from hearing the relaxing sound of the crashing ocean waves (which is why ppl choose ocean front rentals). Kitchen was ok. There was a glass pitcher on the counter with a long crack around the handle, fortunately we noticed it before using. No potholders. The sad thing is, it’s very obvious that the owners of this rental don’t invest any of their profit back into their property. Fellow vacationers please realize that you make it difficult for others when you don’t give honest reviews. I chose this rental based on pictures and reviews that were exaggerated and false.

You get ocean sunrise from your master bedroom balcony and living room balcony. at night, you get Bayview sunset from guest bedroom balcony... The pics are exactly like the condo... Those pics don't lie and really don't do it justice once in person... Very open and big. The marble tiles throughout are beautiful. Love the very comfy and cute retroactive kitchen 5able set. Love the countertops all throughout. Love the bathroom sinks. Also the shades are the best, throughout the whole condo... Our only complaint and it IS NOT the condo owners fault... The building needs upgrading... The sliding glass doors throughout the building are cloudy because the seals between the glass panes make the view cloudy. But, it's still beautiful enough to go sit on the balcony and experience the view up close and personal... The outside building of the condominium at night, from the road is probably the worse on condo row... The building doesn't stand out like the rest... But, the building itself for going into, is very well lit... The lobby is gorgeous and security and Vacasa office are very helpful... I would definitely stay again...

Clean, exactly as pictured, and great views! The location is very convenient to bus stops to get up and down the entire island with ease affordably. The beach here is like having a private beach. There are very few people compared to the boardwalk area. The water and beaches are incredibly clean. We loved it.

Everything was great. Only one shower was working. They fixed second last day we were there. Besides that was a really nice place

Overall our week long stay was ok. The location is nice with direct beach access. The views are beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. Otherwise, the pictures are quite deceiving. The furniture is cheap, worn out, and extremely uncomfortable. The living room tv remote only worked half the time. The seals are broke on all the windows/doors, so they are foggy and pretty much useless unless open. The plumbing is TERRIBLE. The toilets barely flush. There were plungers in both bathrooms… The cleaning was minimal. The bedding was disgusting. There was a note to place used sheets in a laundry bag, but to leave the comforters and pillows on the beds. These looked liked they hadn’t been washed or replaced ever. I, luckily, brought my own linens. I would not rent this unit again.
