Just ok. Nothing special. Could use some refreshing Master bath had 4 light bulbs that were burnt out. Master bedroom definitely needs to have carpet shampooed After 1st shower in small bathroom, it took 1-1/2 hours for the tub to drain. We didn't use it again Pricey for the quality of what we got

The view was great, the carpets were terrible. Nobody wants to see large brown stains on bedroom rugs. The carpets need to be professionally cleaned or they need to be removed and tile installed.

The view is amazing, the private beaches are beautiful, and the indoor pool is stellar. It is a beautiful place to stay. We come each year and enjoy it every year. We just left and already can’t wait until next year.

I wanted to give this property 4 or 5 stars, but I just couldn't for the following reasons. All 3-bedroom carpets were stained. The master bedroom was the worst with some stains looking like blood. There was a spot on the pillow that also looked like blood. We found a candy wrapper behind one end table and goldfish crackers under another table. The dining room chairs were not pushed in and the chairs on the balcony were all over the place. It looked like none of the carpets were vacuumed as there were no track marks on the rugs which you always get when you vacuum. The unit did not look or feel like it was cleaned. Not a big deal but there was no information on what to do with the trash. There was no chain lock on the inside of the door for safety. When we checked in at the gate house on our arrival, we were given verbal directions on how to get to our unit. We couldn't find the unit and returned to the gate house and then we were given a map of Sunset Island with our unit circled on it. When we got to the unit, we couldn’t open the door with the combination they gave us, and we had to call Vacasa. Vacasa changed the code, and we still couldn’t open the door. They sent out a maintenance person to assist and he spent over 10 minutes trying to open the door. He finally got the door to open. There was a trick to open the door and after the maintenance man figured out the trick we okay. There was MAJOR construction being done on our unit and several other surrounding units. The banging and sawing started early and ended late. Don't get me wrong, we had a good time and enjoyed the view. I think that the carpets should be cleaned or replaced. Dirty and/or stained carpets gives you the feeling that everything is dirty which is not always true.

Very happy with our stay and this condo was our favorite. This is our fourth time renting in sunset island. Very Impressed with how clean this condo was when we arrived. Beautiful view. Aside from the mattresses and carpet /rugs needing to be replaced ( especially the kitchen table area rug) Very pleased and will rent again!

It was awful, and despite several conversation with several different staff at vacasa that evening and the morning after we have yet to have any meaningful response or refund. While outside there were several families that were in the same building but units managed by Ocean City Rentals that were promptly relocated next door. That’s what you’d expect but nothing from vacasa, even the next day. Terrible customer service and experience!!!

We have stayed everywhere in Ocean City. From 100th street oceanfront to 7th street Bayside and this spot in Sunset Island is leaps and bounds above all of them. The property was clean and updated. Absolute perfect spot!! The beaches on the property were manicured and combed every morning and the pools were resort like. Every morning we would walk the paths around the resort and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We loved every day of this trip and can't wait to return.

Thank you for sharing your home! For the first time ever we rented a place that was 100% clean and didn’t need to do a thing! They had everything you can think of in the unit, so thank you! My only suggestion is to have blinds in the two bedrooms closest to the door since the hallway lights are so bright. We loved our recent stay on Sunset Island. This was our first experience with Ocean City and truly felt as if we hit the vacation jackpot. This condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is spectacular and we spent a lot of time out there!! There were no negatives to this rental. Easy check in experience. Easy load in with luggage carts and elevator nearby. We`ve found our spot! We cannot wait to go back.
