Nice little condo directly next to the convention center. We had events all week in the convention center, so the convenience was awesome! Beautiful bay view from the condo deck which is furnished with comfortable patio furniture. My only complaint was that the hall entrance into the apartment was very dirty and smelled of mildew.

This property has a great location and was nicely decorated and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We had fun fishing off the pier and we were right next to the convention center where they were having a car show. We were disappointed that the shower in the larger bathroom was leaking into the condo below and had management knocking on out door at 11pm. We were not able to use that bathroom for the remainder of the stay and 6 of us had to use 1 tiny bathroom.

I loved our condo and the location! Such gorgeous views! Very comfortable place to stay. However, I never received an email from the rental company about check in instructions. Also, I booked with VRBO but then was receiving emails from Vacasa and Vantage Realty. I paid VRBO but received emails from Vantage Realty that my bill wasn't paid and I was going to forfeit my rental if I didn't pay them. The property information was taken off of the listing on the VRBO app so I didn't know what size linens to bring for the beds. I didn't know where to go to pick up the keys or parking pass. I had to download the Vacasa app to get any information about the property or check in and I didn't discover I had to do that until I got to Ocean City. I looked up Vacasa in Ocean City but didn't find an address to go to. I had to look up Vantage Realty in order to find an address to pick up my keys. After finally receiving my keys after waiting in a long line, I get to my condo to find it very messy: dirty linens were thrown on the couch, the place hadn't been vacuumed or swept or wiped with any cleaner. In the bathroom, there were signs that someone had been there to clean- there was a paper sign over the toilet stating that it had been sanitized. The kitchen was splattered with spaghetti sauce, the ice cube trays in the freezer were also splattered with food particles. While I was cleaning up, a cleaning crew entered the condo that I had already checked into with our my permission. I looked up, and there were complete strangers in my rental. They were very nice and explained that someone had complained that the condo wasn't clean. I hadn't called anyone yet to complain. I let them clean and thank goodness they did. It would have taken me all afternoon to do the work of those three people did in an hour. My family and I had a wonderful time at the location, but the beginning of our trip started very rocky.

The Bay view either in the morning with coffee or in the evening with a night cap is absolutely breath taking. I recommend this place to anyone. Decorated beautifully and so clean and fresh. We were within walking distance to the show at the center and to several restaurants. The place is very clean, decorated beautifully, and the view of the bay was so relaxing. This was our first time renting through Vantage. The process was easy, and check in and out was a breeze.
