The property was perfect but vacasa management company needs far better improvement- we had towel and sheet service and had to call 4 times to get additional towels delivered. They only delivered towels for 5 people when our reservation was for 10. It wasn’t until the last 2 days of our 7 day vacation, that we finally received additional towels. In addition, our garage door code did not work and I notified them on The first day and it was never fixed. This is important bc you only get two keys to the property which are only for the front door. The garage is where you would keep beach stuff so being able to access the property through the garage is important.

The location in Sunset is great and the layout of the 1st floor is fantastic. The parking is very difficult for more than two cars and this particular house was not clean. We had to wash everything to make sure it was clean, vacuum because it looks as if it wasn’t done, sweep the floors for leftover crumbs, ants all through the kitchen and second floor bathroom and bedrooms, and two of the showers were riddled with mildew. Beds are very uncomfortable, especially the pull out in the loft.

Beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the items you’ll need for a large group. Also, has a great view of the bay and is a short walk to the amenities of Sunset Island.

Great property all the way around. We were very impressed with the kitchen. It was stocked with everything you need to cook big meals. Home came with plenty of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas. We highly recommend this home.

We arrived at 4pm and our house was not cleaned. The cleaning crew arrived at 4:10 and after cleaning for 2 hours around my family since we were moving in we asked them to leave and we finished cleaning the house ourselves. What a way to start a one week family vacation!!! I asked to be reimbursed for the cleaning fee and did not get a response other then “we’re looking into it.”

Really liked the house. Listing should state bunk beds in two rooms. House generally clean, glasses not so much. Property manager should check and replace propane for BBQ grill. Both spare and container on the BBQ empty. Only found out when we went to cook dinner.

Picture perfect
Loved staying here with friends for Labor Day weekend! Plenty of space and decorated so cute. All of sunset island is picture perfect! The property and grounds were spotless ! The pool was great too and the sunset view from the house was beautiful! Prime location, everything is just a short uber or drive away! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Perfect vacation home for the entire family!
This home is even more beautiful and relaxing than the pictures portray. It is located in a beautiful development, which has an outdoor and indoor pool, and an amazing club house. There is plenty of outdoor space on the balconies, which can be used anytime of day to experience fabulous breezes. We had more space in this house than we knew what to do with. The kids loved every minute of it and we will definitely stay here again.

Very good overall experience.
Easy walking distance to Clubhouse, Putt Putt Golf, restaurants and Bayside beach. Great kitchen. The only negative were the beds for the adults. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

This rental is just beautiful! Magnificent views of the bay. The house was very clean and spacious. We really loved preparing a good meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoying it with family at the spacious dining table. The facility met all of our needs from the fitness center, pool, outside area and beach. I have stayed in Ocean City since a child, and this stay was especially memorable for myself and my family. Enjoy your stay! I know we did.

Perfect! Beautifully decorated, comfortable home
Our family has rented in Ocean City with my sister's family and our parents for the past 9 years, and this was by far the best house we have stayed in! This house has plenty of room for everyone an suited all our needs. Each room is beautifully decorated/themed and each bedroom has a tv so everyone can have their own space. The decor in the house is beautiful, and there was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There is even a second refrigerator in the laundry room, which we used for beverages.
This house is located within a few blocks of two beaches and the Sunset Island pool, but is far enough away that you don't hear any commotion outside. The sunsets are beautiful, and the four outdoor balconies provided plenty of comfortable seating. We thoroughly enjoyed vacationing in this home, and would definitely recommend this beach retreat. We will be back!

Beautiful House - had a great good group stay.
Interior of the house is great - great shape and amenities. Had an issue where the garage door was all smashed in and non-functioning. This is an issue because Sunset Island is apparently really stringent on parking. Because we were a group, we had 4 cars. We essentially lost 2 parking spaces (of the 3 passes they gave us that could only be used in the garage or behind it. Didn't matter that it was the off-season and there was available parking everywhere, the Sunset Island folks were holding tight on their parking policies. We ended up being "allowed" to buy 2 (supposed to be only 1) - but having to purchase additional parking passes because of this was kind of nonsense. Our rental company ended up reimbursing us but it was a pain and has clearly been an issue so should have been communicated prior to arrival. Not sure when the garage door will be fixed but this is something to be aware of for future renters until it is fixed.
Probably not on the owners or rental company, they obviously want the place to be perfect and everyone to have a good stay so not trying to "ding" them. Shouldn't affect your decision to rent the place, felt like it was a good deal and great option. Overall, just a beautiful place and very comfortable.

The house is well decorated and makes you feel at home.
Our family enjoyed ourselves and we loved the house and it made us feel at home versus being on vacation. Everyone had their own space and we weren't crowded. The access to multiple balconies was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
