This B&B was super atmospheric and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfy and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was about a 15min walk to the main pyramid and church and surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

The little house and the 22 apartments around are genuinely like a dream

There was alot of noise on the weekend but not the apartments fault!

There wasn't any breakfast, other than a coffee machine. The lady who took care of the place was helpful.

It was very much smaller than the pictures led one to believe. There is no hot water in the kitchen. There was little kitchen counter space. The toilet was not working well.

The property itself is very nice. There a pretty plants and trees around. The apartment is nicely decorated. The staff was quick to respond to any questions I had and were very polite. Quiet on non-weekend nights.

On the weekends, the music from the surrounding area makes it very hard to sleep. I lost track of when it stopped but it was 2:30am and going on. I couldnt sleep at all. Also had some loud guest on my last night that thought it was a good idea to play music outside my window and sing at 12:30am. :( There's a gap between the front door and the wall that lets in a lot of mosquitos and spiders. I think if that gap was taken care of it would prevent bugs from entering. I filled the gap with some towels after i figured out it could stop them from entering it. Spiders should be cleared out from the shower area.

If we could rank this property more than 10, we certainly would do so. Majikal B&B proved to be an incredibly unique and special place for us digital nomads, (& slow travelers) to set up, and spend some highly enjoyable downtime in beautiful San Andres Cholula. This place is a very rare find and by far, has been one of our favorite places we’ve stayed in, anywhere. There has been so much love and care put into each of their 22 apartments, it’s astounding. A few more reasons why we love this place: -The totally unique and curated decor and architecture are extraordinary. Each apartment has its own theme, from traditional Mexican, to Indian, to retro, to iconic, and family friendly. The staff have worked hard to make this a very cozy, welcoming and simply gorgeous place. A little utopia! -It’s beyond tranquil. Trees everywhere, lush zen gardens, patios, sweet kitties, singing birds...A wonderful place to heal and relax. -Sparkling clean!! -They offer everything you need for a comfortable stay: water, extra blankets, hairdryers, irons, stocked kitchens which make cooking a breeze, lovely private outdoor spaces, no contact entry, off-street parking, laundry, yoga mats, and the list goes on. They even recycle, which is still unfortunately so rare in Mexico! -It’s an insane value for the treatment, quality and presentation you receive. -The staff is superb. Self Check-in was super easy, the staff super responsive, incredibly hospitable and kind. We felt very welcome! :) There is no question in our minds. We would love to return for maybe much longer than a week! Highly recommend!!
