De' Mar Florentine By Peraia

A fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located near public transport, with easy connections to the trains and plenty of nearby destinations and cities. The room was seriously spacious, with a cozy lounge area and an absolutely stunning corner balcony. Loved the thoughtful amenities too — coffee machine with capsules, mini fridge, excellent A/C, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Check-in was super smooth and well organized. All the details were sent in advance: building code, room number, door code, and Wi-Fi password. I actually arrived before 5 PM and was lucky enough to find a very polite and genuinely helpful guy at the reception desk. He even recommended a great spot for iced coffee nearby and let me know he was happy to help with anything until the desk closed at 5. The location is a winner — surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and a grocery store, so everything you need is basically on your doorstep. Overall, a seriously impressive stay. Great location, spacious room, smooth self-check-in, and genuinely thoughtful hospitality. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very convenient location, close to market, close to restaurants and cafés, close to bus station about five minutes walk

There were a few ants sneaking in from the window and they went down through the hole on the table top. I don’t know where they went to eventually. All my food that is not put in the fridge is being sealed and there were no signs that the ants had gone through. That is why I don’t give four stars to cleanliness.
