Crowned Hotel

I had nothing to say just this hotel got nothing left to me to say but everything was excellent with no complaints

Great location in Old Town, attentive staff, room was clean, breakfast included, great view on the Bosphorus from restaurant upper level

It was good but the load of music down was un comfortable in sleeping time

The accommodation is good, centrally located and close to the Sirkeci Marmaray metro station and restaurants. The hotel is fairly clean; for the price, I'd give it a 7/10.

I was very disappointed with the hotel owners and staff. They were unhelpful and inflexible. I arrived two hours before my check-in and told them I needed to charge my phone for 15-30 minutes because it was dead. Their response was, "Sorry, that's not our problem; we can't help you." I was astonished by their attitude. The air conditioning wasn't working, and they told me it was a common problem in Turkey, something I'd heard during previous stays there. 🤣 They deliberately turn off the air conditioning, leaving only air without any cooling, so they don't have to pay the electricity bill. The refrigerator also didn't work. I will never stay there again.
