Six of us stayed in this home and had more than enough space to spread out. Great table in kitchen for meals, and another great table in the living room area we used for cards. The grounds are beautiful! Loved listening to the fountains! One person used the hot tub regularly and loved it. The house is in a great spot to go into Uptown Sedona or down to Oak Creek. It was also very convenient to trails. Highly recommend this place!!

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with lovely grounds and privacy is located in a quiet neighborhood, with great views. The house is a 5 minute walk, through an interesting cemetery, to trails for hiking and biking. No need to drive anywhere. The house has everything. On the downside, the open layout with hard floors makes it a bit loud. The 2 en suite bedrooms don’t have doors for the bathrooms and the bathrooms lack hooks and towel bars. Other than that, no complaints.

There were 6 women celebrating a 50th birthday. Such beauty in the area , and so much to do. We loved it!

Our family experience met our expectations with this property, would recommend to any family wanting to be close to SEDONA, beautiful peaceful, clean and peaceful ambience, surrounded the property .. also had everything you need for your vacation and family needs. Everything was perfect at this home. It is in a beautiful area, lovely back patio with new hot tub, well stocked kitchen including sharp knives. We especially enjoyed listening to the outdoor fountains and the birds. Very comfortable for a family girls trip!!

This property is even better than the photos! We have only great things to say about the property. The house is located on a small quiet dead end street with walking access to some GREAT trails that was our favorite hike of the trip. The contactless check in was easy and we found a giftbag waiting for us. along with a binder of useful info, guide books and a Red Rock pass for parking at some of the train heads. The bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of pillows and shades for all the windows and the bathrooms pristine. The outside space is so much nicer than is captured in any of the photos, with a great outdoor patio with dining for 8 with a big gas grill that has the gas piped to it so no need to refill gas tanks! The hot tub is huge and was incredibly enjoyable on the cool evenings after a day of hiking. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed with more gadgets than we needed and there were even some spices and coffee and coffee filters already there. The only bad thing to say was there was a nice big baking sheet that was too big for the small oven, but there were others that fit the oven as well so it wasn't a big deal. We give this property a 10/10 and would stay here again if traveling to Sedona. The location was great, area quiet, house amazing. We give this property our highest rating ever!

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking including dishwasher detergent, trash bags and washing machine pods. What a treat to come back and sit by the gas fireplace in the evenings. We also enjoyed sitting out on the back patio eating lunch and enjoying the lovely yard. This house is just a couple miles from Sedona, and very close to many trail heads. It was a perfect place for 3 sister -in-laws to enjoy a long weekend.

This home was just as advertised. The layout gives everyone space. The backyard has a beautiful high desert landscape and is fenced in. The trailheads are right out the front door. The kitchen appliances and equipment appear new. If you require fancy utensils or more than salt/pepper, you’ll need to bring them or pivot, but all of the basics are covered.

I would highly recommend this property close by to walking trail we throughly enjoyed this place we may plan to come again is better than 5 star hotel.. cleanliness is excellent
