Host was very helpful and there were a few bits in kitchen. The place was a great location.

We had to wait for 20 mins and although told them time and confirmed this , we had no reply to text which was concerning and the wait after a long journey on the street outside wasn’t great. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and with late arrivals it might be nice to put a bit of milk in fridge.

Beautiful apartment, perfectly located in the lower town close the funicular to citta alta. Also not far from railway ir bus statiin if you want to do day trips. It's very spacious, comfortable and clean , with air conditioning, which was a must for us. Francesca who looked after us, could not have been more helpful, with advice about our stay and directions to places. Communicatio was easy and responsive and any small niggles were sorted out immediately. The apartment was serviced and cleaned after 3 days, with new towels provided and rubbish taken away. We really appreciated the small touches. We had great nights sleep in comfortable bed, and the road was always very quiet with not much traffic. I would highly recommend this apartment. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our family. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important during the hot weather. The location was excellent – everything was close by, including the funicular to Città Alta. A special thank you to our host! We accidentally went to the wrong address and arrived later than planned, but she was incredibly patient, helpful and welcoming throughout the whole situation. We really appreciated it. We only stayed for one night, but the apartment had everything we expected and needed. We were very happy with our stay.

The property had not been properly cleaned for quite some time and was poorly maintained. Disappointing after being at another place that was much cleaner. It smelled stale and was very dusty, with visible grime throughout. Lino off the floor in a few patches too. While the host was apologetic and sent in a cleaner, the standard was still not satisfactory. Construction work in the apartment above began before 8 a.m. every morning, adding to the disturbance. Being on the ground floor and next to a busy road, the property was also subject to constant traffic noise. The so-called king-size beds were in fact two single beds pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle into which one would inevitably slip—our child even fell into it and became wedged. The sofa bed creaked and swayed, offering little comfort. Overall, we endured very poor sleep throughout our stay.
