The location was awesome. The whole house and property very well stocked and maintained. Just FYI I had lost my phone in the lake so I checked the "manual" at the home for check out instructions. It said 10:30 am. The online instructions say 10:00 am. The cleaning lady told us we needed to be out and we hurried and got out by 10:03 am.

Where to start - easily one of the most gorgeous homes and most wonderful people to work with on a rental. The house is immaculately clean, location is perfect, we saw wild turkey and deer almost every single day on walks/drives. Kitchen - fully loaded with everything you need in terms of dishes, cooking items, a waffle maker (this made the kids SO happy), crockpot, air fryer, Keurig and coffee pot, etc. Also a great grill on the terrace outside that was spotless! Bedrooms - 6 bunk beds in one room, 2 masters with private bathrooms and king sized beds, a queen room with shared bathroom between the bunk room, a bonus room with 2 more bunkbeds + an air mattress and additional sleeping pad for 1. Living area - SO much space between the indoor and numerous outdoor areas on various levels, the dock, the most comfortable couches in the world, an astonishing amount of blankets with plenty for everyone! There is also a firepit outside on the deck which was great. Huge dining area and the kitchen table had an extension/extra leaf we were able to put in to fit all 16 of us around the table for Thanksgiving. Parking - space for 5 cars with 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway (pretty steep and short) and one car parked on the street. Dock - Great area with a bar table, mini fridge and 2 TV's where we were able to watch multiple football games inside the house and outside on the dock keeping everyone happy. Toll Bridge - $2 each way to cross (offpeak) and $3 during peak season. Activities - Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking, etc. all within an easy 10 minute drive. Hosts are amazing, so helpful and wonderful people who were available anytime we had a question and went out of their way to make our stay incredible. We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend the house to other families. Bobby thank you so much for your hospitality - if only every home was as great as yours.

This property was outstanding. Beautiful home on a very nice section of the lake. Owner of the property was very fast to respond to our questions and was extremely accommodating. I would not hesitate to rent this house again if I am ever back in the area.

Our family rents an Ozark house every summer. This house was simply the best ever. It was exactly as advertised. The owners were very responsive. Everything worked. I could go on and on. We really hope we can stay in the house again next year. Highly reccomend!

We had an amazing time at the property. All prior reviews were mostly accurate. Although there is parking for 5 vehicles… be aware if you have large SUVs they won’t fit the same but we made it work. Great home, comfortable beds for all of us. We really, really enjoyed the large deck and bar on the dock. Property sits on main channel close to bars and restaurants by boat or car. Water can get rough on busy weekends but state park and coves not far away. Boat ramp drop is not super close compared to other places we’ve stayed but the Shawnee Ben’s drop is large, not far by car, just a little bit of a drive by boat. Would recommend the property to families and would stay again for sure. Bring a few extra dish and laundry pods, paper towels and toilet paper If if you have a large crew or staying a long time. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was outstanding. The family really enjoyed the stay. Bobby was awesome to deal with. I sent a couple messages with questions and had replies very quickly. Highly recommend this place. Family was already wanting to book it again for next year.

Very nice property to stay at. The dock was great with our 2 jet skis and pontoon boat. Everything was of high quality.

We really enjoyed the layout of your property, inside and out. Very roomy and wonderful view of the lake. Everyone had a great time on the lilly pad. The dock was great and had a lot of fun jumping off the high platform on the dock. Location was close to the quieter area to take the kids tubing which was nice

This rental property was clean, modern, and spacious with great views of the lake. The deck is huge and space for entertaining on the dock was perfect for gathering around before getting on the boat. The owner is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful lake home! It was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, it was spacious to spread out in with enough bedrooms, & was meticulously maintained outside as well! The dock was great for fishing and swimming and the kids all had a blast! We will stay here again!

Our group had a great time at this LOTO home. We loved playing and hanging on the dock. The kids loved the high dive and lilly pad and the adults loved the mini fridge and high top table for cold drinks and poker :) The location is great. We took advantage of all of the outdoor seating options on all three deck levels and they were each wonderful. We brought our surf boat and the national park is super close and there seemed to be a lot less traffic in there. Beds were comfy - There was plenty of space for all 9 of us ( 4 adults and 5 kids). Communication with the owner was great. If you are like our families, and are mostly cooking, be sure to bring bring your own oil, salt, pepper, extra trash bags, dishwasher and laundry soap

Perfect house for a blended family. Lots of space for the kids to hang out as well as the adults. The indoor space was just as impressive as the outdoor decks and dock. The only challenge was the water so close to the main channel, a little to rough to swim on a very windy weekend. During the week after the winds calmed down it was perfect. Can't wait to come back

We had a wonderful time on the Thanksgiving holiday. The house met all our needs and the owner was very accommodating with any issues we had. I would stay again!

We had a great week's stay, the layout is perfect for multiply families to have privacy while spending good quality time together. The dock was great, the decks were great. Lots of stairs, but there is no way around that for this type of property. The owner was very responsive and quickly helped us rectify a small problem we were having with one of the locks.

The house is just as pretty in person as it is in pictures!! Plenty of room for multiple families to spread out and enjoy the property. We loved every seating area outside and had a great time on the dock, fishing and swimming!
