The property is beautiful!! We wished our stay was longer!! We were there for baseball tournament and you just don’t know when you’re going to catch a break to get in the pool!!

The part we didn’t care for was the exit was closed ! Of course there is no control of that!!

Location, large kitchen with separate dining area

Upon arrival we discovered the garage door wasn't functional and there was no remote opener. The garage door also didn't lock, so we were very careful about leaving the door from the house to the garage locked. We called Vacasa right away to inform them and they stated the local property management co would get back to us in an hour or two. By the next day, we still hadn't heard from them, so we called back, and they stated they had no record of us calling the previous day. Instead of helping us with the issue, the customer support person persisted that they had no record of us calling. Finally, after a lot of going around in circles, she said she would have the property management company call us. We did hear back from them within a few hours, and they stated they would send someone out to inspect the door. At that time, we also let them know that the pool was filthy, and the pool cleaning vacuum wasn't working. On our 3rd day, someone did finally come to clean the pool, but the vacuum stopped working within a few hours. No one ever came to fix the garage door. We were unable to use the garage or the pool during our stay. There were other issues that we encountered while in the home and it's clear this home is not well maintained. Roof tiles falling from the roof near the front door, the bbq was propped up with one wheel on its side not attached to the base, there was a giant tear in the seat of one of the lounge chairs, a dirty frying pan with a plastic handle left in the stove, which we discovered after preheating the oven and seeing smoke, a light fixture in the kitchen appeared to be secured to the ceiling with masking tape, the water in the master bathroom was lukewarm (after letting it run for 20 minutes), the bed in the master bedroom was rock hard and very uncomfortable, and there were no extra bathroom linens so we had to wash what we had daily in order to have fresh towels. Very disappointed with these accommodations.
