Stumble Beach - Quiet & Private 2-Acre Retreat on Lake Ontario
Dieses Ferienhaus und Hotel ist ideal für Einzelpersonen oder Familien, die einen Alleinlage und die Nähe zur Natur zu genießen. Eine schrittweise 200 ft langen steinigen Strand bietet einfachen Zugang zu See Ontario zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, Angeln oder Start Kajaks / Kanus. (Größere Wasserfahrzeuge können zB Jet-Skis und Boote in der nahe gelegenen Yachthäfen oder Zustand Bootsrampen gestartet werden.) Neben dem Strand ist eine große 75x100 ft Rasen, die perfekt für Treten der Fußball oder spielen Volleyball / Badminton ist. Genießen Sie spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, während Sie Marshmallows rösten auf einem Strand Lagerfeuer, während Ihre Kinder spielen auf der Schaukel oder fangen Frösche im Teich.
Die Hütte, die eine komplett eingerichtete klassische A-Frame zu Hause im Jahr 1995 gebaut ist, wird in den Wäldern gelegen und öffnet sich zum Strand über einen zauberhaften Fußweg. Es verfügt über eine einzigartige Architektur, im Obergeschoss Schlafzimmer im Dachboden und im ersten Stock Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche, großes Zimmer und ein 24x16 ft erhöhten Deck, die beeindruckende Aussicht auf den Strand und auf den See bietet.
Die 20ft-high große Zimmer und Schlafzimmer sind kühl in den Sommernächten mit Deckenventilatoren gehalten. Bereiten Sie Nahrung an der Gas-Grill auf der Hütte Deck oder am See mit dem Holzkohlegrill. Das Loft Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und Murphy-Bett und das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ein Cabrio Etagenbett (single oben und Doppelbett unten). Wenn die ausziehbares Sofa verwendet wird, kann die Hütte bequem schlafen 7 Gäste. Dieses Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet mit Besteck, Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet.

Stumble beach was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly as described. If anything, the pictures don’t do it justice! Tom, our host, was communicative & friendly, his guidebooks giving everything from house details to area attractions and eateries; complete with maps, hours, price ranges and phone numbers was a welcome addition (thanks for the recommendation of Pepino’s Tom, our best meal out while there!).Our dog, Buster enjoyed it as much as we did, possibly more. The privacy of the location allowed him to roam the property at his leisure, and the driveway was perfect for morning and evening walks.The pathway to the water was enchanting, our granddaughter loved the faerie house and playground down by the water.Water access was the only thing that was slightly difficult. Water shoes a MUST, and those with young children or limited mobility will find it challenging. Able bodies won’t have a problem at all and we lazed away many afternoons floating on tubes, and spent many hours exploring using Tom’s provided kayaks.We can’t wait to go back!

This property was stunning. The host, Tom, is top tier when it comes to hospitality, knowledge of the area, very tech savvy, thoughtful about all aspects of the home and property, and most of all, the only host that has ever greeted us and offered us drinks after a day of travel. Fantastic stay and lots of family time. The property is beautifully landscaped. The wildlife of birds and squirrels make it enchanting. The beach is all rocks but gorgeous in and of itself. The fire pit was a great addition to evening sunsets. We enjoyed s'more's and in-depth conversations with our teenagers. If you are looking for a place to relax and reconnect, this is it. The outside world melts away and a little bubble of comfort and family forms. Hands down highly recommend staying here, even if for just a night. Tom, keep doing what you’re doing. You’re an excellent host. Stumble Beach now holds precious family memories for my family.

Loved the quiet location and secluded feel of the property. Tom, the owner, could not have been more courteous and helpful to us during our stay. The property is very well equipped and has so many nice and practical touches! It truly made the stay feel like home. This property has a little something for everyone. We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

When I was looking for pet friendly rentals in the area, I saw quite a few but kept going back to Stumble Beach. I'm glad I listened to my gut because it was a wonderful find. The pictures do not do this justice in that it has to be seen in person. When my husband and I got down to the lake we were amazed and just let out a collective "WOW!". Tom's (the host) description was super accurate. The cottage is beautiful and he has thought of everything. The path to the lake is very whimsical, especially when the lights come on. You almost feel like fairies will start flitting about. Tom was there to greet us and was very thorough about the stay at the cottage. He was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we may have had. We were there in mid-October from Sunday to Sunday. We had brought food in a cooler and I'm glad we did because a lot of the restaurants were closed at the beginning of the week (if you don't mind fast food, there are places a short drive away). The peacefulness and tranquility were just what we needed to get away from the daily grind. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thanks again Tom for sharing your wonderful cottage/property. It's a little piece of heaven. Tom, you are a most gracious host!
