Disappointing
I like the location only.
The bed was not cleaned. And more over for each and everything you need to reach to the reception.

Nice and comfortable Stay
Hotel with nice location and perfect Hill view,Neat and clean Rooms,Great hospitality, Easier check in and checkout process, Nice and perfect breakfast, facility of restaurant ,provides cabs autos for sight seeing.Overall great stay as a 3 Star hotel.
As a suggestion, Hair dryer can be kept as no fans available, Also some arrangement can be done for drying cloths.

Passable
Not enough hot water in bathroom. No soap, shampoo, body lotion etc., Room was neat and clean. Location is not good. No drinking water and kettle in room.

They don't have a fan or AC but for Ooty climate not required to have AC. At least a Fan Required!

Pathetic, Unprofessional, Unhappy , Disrespectful
Rather than liking there are many things that I unliked/disliked please consider my below comments very seriously and take necessary action. I am not a kind of person who generally give negative reviews even though there is some inconvenience but its the matter of self respect and pride here so I have to write the complete review and everything I write is complete truth and genuine so please read the comments completely and also you can connect with me if you need more details. I am spending a lot of my time to write the below comments so please consider.
1. We were supposed to be given room at 12 PM but the room was completely not cleaned and ready so we had to wait till 2:30 PM for room to be cleaned and given the key. Inspite of driving for 10 hours and I was completely tired I gave my all cooperation and didn’t even utter a word for giving me the room late and as soon as I checked in I approached the receptionist and asked if I need to pay the remaining amount and the receptionist asked me to pay the complete amount during checkin where as most of the people were paying during check out but I thought these people are genuine so I paid but they turned out to be frauds. Actually in booking.com it was mentioned that we are supposed to pay at the hotel during check in but they asked me to make a part payment for confirmation 2 weeks ago which I even did a part payment without any complaints. 2. The switch board in the room are all damaged only 1 socket was working properly and they say it is for child safety but that’s understandable at least we should be able to use the switches which was completely disappointing again. 3. There was no hot water and after calling multiple times they would switch on the geyser and there was couple of hours wasted for us every day and after turning on they used to cover up saying that there is hot water but that is after we calling multiple times at reception. 4. There is a lot of power fluctuations in the rooms and there was no resolution for it due to which the water was also not getting heated up and took very long time. 5. On day 2 I asked them to get our rooms cleaned and we were made to wait for min 2 hours for the room to get cleaned. 6. We asked for water in the morning but till afternoon they didn’t give us water for drinking very pathetic. 7. In front of me another customer who had still not paid the money and complained the same things that I mentioned above was given Rs 1000/- waiver. 8.
