Overall comfortable place in a good area in Wailea. The place is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The bed in the primary suite was a little lumpy and uncomfortable but everything else was good. Sitting out on the balcony and listening to the birds in the morning was lovely.

Exactly as described. Located within walking distance of many Wailea shops, hotels, restaurants and ocean front beach walk. The pool was right on the Wailea Blue Golf Course. We stayed 7days in the Ka’anapali area and extended our Maui vacation by 3 more days by staying at Wailea Grand Champions villas. When searching on VRBO, we came across many high cost units in the area. We felt this unit was the best value based on our search. Now that we stayed here, we were right.

Condo was as described. Disappointed in all the rain that week that did not allow for golfing on that course due to flooding and downed trees...

The property location is convenient for exploring the area and was comfortable, but a bit noisy unless you enjoy the sound of tennis balls being hit all day.

The home was comfortable and a nice location to access the best beaches and restaurants.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and close proximity to stores and a beautiful shopping center. Highly recommend this home if you are a looking to stay in an area that has a lot to offer but less crowds than the Lahaina and Kanapali area.

We enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice, parking was convenient. Only criticism is about the kitchen equipment. Very poor quality, knives are dull enough to be dangerous.

This was a great find for our family of 6 (3 couples) coming to the Wailea/Kihei area. Many 3 bedroom condos we were looking at that were still available at the time of booking didn’t have a 3rd bedroom that was a queen so that was a big plus at the time of booking. The condo is just as the pictures described! Pros: Beautiful location, just a short drive from the Kihei area. They provided a welcome packet/basket on arrival which was nice! Laundry available, nice pool as a secondary option to the beach, updated bathrooms and kitchen, water spout outside the door to rinse off sand, mirrors on the closet doors ended up being a good plus when the bathroom was taken and you just needed a mirror, parking was great. Guest spots are intermixed within the assigned spots. Cons: great AC in the main rooms and master but in the second and 3rd bedrooms it gets a little hot overnight but not bad and there are fans in each room. If I’m getting real picky I would maybe just update some of the sheets and towels. Some of the bath towels were on the smaller side but it wasn’t a big deal for us. The mattresses were deep mattresses and the fitted sheets were coming off the mattress. Not a big deal just something to improve, if able to over time. There were some beach chairs and an umbrella which was a big plus. The chairs you could tell were worn down a bit but not bad. Checkin was easy and there was a key code for entry which made it easy for many people going in and out. Overall a great place! Would still give it 5 stars for what we needed.

The location is so central to everything in Wailea. Walk to shopping and eating. Five minute drive to multiple great beaches. Large master bed and bath!! Large open flow kitchen/living/dining. Large comfortable couch. The other two bedrooms are decent size, although one is right off the kitchen and all doors on all bedrooms are shuttered so sound travels in and out. The Lenai is large and backs up to tropical plants. No one is behind you so it is quiet and private. Beds are comfortable. Short walk to Quiet pool. The landscaping throughout the property is beautifully done.

Our condo was immaculate. Great location, comfortable beds, clean, and well stocked. Huge mahalo to Vacasa employee, Jessie, for the wonderful service! We will be back!

Home was located in a beautiful Location. Enough space for my entire family.

With four guests we had plenty of space. The appartement was well equipped. . There is a lovely garden and the whole surrounding is very calm. We can absolutely recommend the appartement .

The condo was spacious for a large family and very well equipped with a full kitchen, washer-dryer and air-conditioning. The property is well-kept and surrounded by lush greenery. The condo is within walking distance of coffee shops, Wailea shops and dining areas. There is a small pool and hot-tub on premises and many wonderful beaches within 10 minutes. The condo could do with some maintenance for the locks/fans - the bathrooms are remodeled and functional. Would certainly love to stay here again !

There were some issues with the apartment like fans in two rooms ran at slow speed, and master bedroom lock didn’t work. Other than that Vacasa was extremely responsive and took care of other issues and needs promptly including getting us fresh linen and parking passes for the second car. The location is excellent with great places to shop and dine at walking distance. Kids enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend Vacasa and Grand Champions to families.

The lanai is huge and wraps around living room. It is the best spot to have coffee every morning. Both pools have a jacuzzi and are a very short walking distance from the condo (literally across the street). You have a dedicated parking space, so no worries about coming home late from the Monkeypod (just up the road) and worry if there is a spot available. The is around the clock security. The property is quiet and located minutes from Kehei, Wailea and Mekena. The condo also has beach chairs, fins, body board, umbrellas, kid floaties, and a pack-and-play with sheets. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The location is great. Easily walk to shopping and restaurants. Longer walk to beach. Condo is spacious and has potential. But it lacks some basic amenities. Not enough towels, washer only handles very small loads, beach equipment (chairs) is in rough shape and the umbrella was unusuable, and there is nothing to use for picnics. No food storage or cooler. Not a huge problem but it’s little things you might expect to find and then have to go buy when you get there. If we had known how little was provided, we may have brought more from home. Overall it’s an okay rental. I suppose the price is appropriate given the location. A few more small touches would make it a great place.
