Tenir Eco Hotel, Shymbulak Mountain Resort

The location is fantastic, right in the mountains with breathtaking views. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was great value for the experience.

Honestly not much to complain about. The only small thing was that the food felt like a bit too much for us. Nothing that took away from a great stay.

he views are unreal and the room is so aesthetic—it literally feels like you’re sleeping in the clouds. The staff were super sweet, and the whole vibe was just peaceful. Low-key didn’t want to leave.

The only thing is you have to work around the cable car schedule, so don’t miss the last ride.

Advertising a coffee machine implies there is also coffee, but that came at an extra price so they should include at least 2 coffee pods for 2 coffees. The seat in the lounge room had broken straps on it which I thought was a bit shabby. The staff said they would respond to WhatsApp messages/questions until 10pm, but my question was never answered. I also thought the grounds in front of the beautiful mountain views could have been cleaned up a bit - there was a bit of rubbish out there. These are small things - overall everything beautiful.
