The house is perfect location to Hunter Mountain, less than 10 minutes. Less than 5 minute drive into town for dinner.
The house was top notch, king size beds, very comfortable. Nice master bath with a great shower and all the supplies you need.
Kitchen was stocked very nicely.
I would definetely come back.
Elaine was quickly available to answer any questions.
What a great host.
The house is so much nicer in person, the pictures are nice but in person is just fantastic.

Myself and a few friends recently stayed here to celebrate my birthday and to go skiing. It was such a memorable, amazing trip and staying here felt just as cozy as if we were in our own homes. Elaine always answered any questions within a day or two and she was wonderful in supplying everything we would need to enjoy our stay! While enjoying the fire pit we even saw a shooting star! Every little detail, from different kinds of art to games that were supplied, really were the finishing touches. We will definitely be making this a yearly trip! Thank you again, Elaine!

Spent a few nights to celebrate a family birthday. Beautiful, spacious home located within minutes of so many things to see and do. The hosts Elaine and Chris were very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this property. Perfect place to stay to experience the beauty of the Catskills.

I came here with my parents and in-laws (and our dogs). Everyone had a great time! We love playing corn hole in the backyard and having a closed off outdoor space to grill and let the dogs roam freely. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, cups and cooking equipment which we loved. The upstairs shower was very luxurious. Thank you for helping us create lovely memories xo

My family & another family rented the house for the 4 day weekend so we could go skiing at Hunter Mountain. The house was very convenient to get to Hunter. The house was very clean and had all the essentials needed. The beds are super comfortable and all of the linens, towels and blanket that are left to use were really nice, like new. The hosts communicated with use throughout the weekend and left us a nice welcome treat. I would recommend this rental & would love to return if we do another trip to Hunter! Thank you!

My family and I rented the house so we could go skiing at Hunter Mountain for a weekend. The house was very well maintained and organized, we couldn't be happier with it. The owners are very good at communicating clearly and are responsive if you have any questions. The house is also very spacious. It has 2 king beds which was nice to see and can accommodate up to 9 people. I would definitely stay at this house again if we're looking to spend more time in the area.

We had a very enjoyable 4 day family vacation in August. The house is very central to all attractions and conveniently located next to a well stocked convenience store. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, and many small conveniences. Kids loved the house as well.

The house was pristine and beautiful. Elaine and Chris were always available for anything we needed and so graciously! The place was fully stocked with whatever we could've dreamed of and more..... We could've left so many things home...... This home is centrally located with all attractions within minutes away. We had the most amazing time and we sure would want to come back soon. We had a wonderful experience at the house in Haines Falls. It’s immaculate, has everything you need with extra touches like wine and snacks, firewood for the fire pit, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and pillows. Truly, I can’t say enough good things. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful Stay.
I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting to visit the Hunter Mountain area. (Haines Falls, NY) The house is fully furnished with anything that you might need for a great time, plenty of room to spread out if with a large group. The host even included our 1st bundle of firewood, smore sticks for the firepit. The kitchen contained plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. The patio off the living room was a delight to be able to sit outside and with with family. The upstairs bath was beautiful with such an awesome shower and big air tub, and the bedrooms were very nice and the beds most comfortable. Also our host was very quick to respond back to us with any question that we might have. I would definitely use their property again if in the area.

The house was great, spacious and warm! Beautiful kitchen made cooking for the group of 8 easy and fun. Bedrooms were as described and having a king in 2 rooms was nice as we had 2 families so each couple got a king.
Location is really great, easy 10 min drive to Hunter mountain and super close to the cute town!

Great place near Hunter
The house was great, spacious and warm! Beautiful kitchen made cooking for the group of 8 easy and fun. Bedrooms were as described and having a king in 2 rooms was nice as we had 2 families so each couple got a king.
Location is really great, easy 10 min drive to Hunter mountain and super close to the cute town!

Beautiful winter getaway in an ideal location!
Plenty of rental properties in the area say they are “minutes” to Hunter Mountain but this one actually is! A quick 6 minutes to the base of the mountain. The house is beautiful and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. Elaine & Chris were incredibly helpful and willing to answer any question

Wonderful stay
Elaine is a great host, very responsive and considerate. The house is very clean, spacious and beautiful with renovated kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook. Sheets and towels were great quality and so clean. Amenities throughout the house was amazing, the hosts have thought of everything to ensure a wonderful stay. Would love to stay again soon. Just the place for an escape:6 out of the hustle and bustle of city life. The Jaccuzi alone is a mini vacation!
Location could not be better; next to a fully stocked gas station open till 11pm, 4 minute drive to everywhere else, skiing just 8 min away! A few Shuls within walking distance too.
The hosts are exceptionally nice and answer your questions quickly.
We absolutely loved our stay there and hope be back real soon :)

This house is right out of the books, exactly as described, extremely cozy, comfortable and super clean!

The patio is huge with all types of chairs and beds, tables, and grill, my kids had a blast there, also a big backyard, and a fire place.
On the way home my 4 year old said "imagine this lady let us stay in this house forever...it would have been soo good" (this is the only downside..)
Anyway, way way above my expectations.
Also Elaine, is extremely friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with her.

What a great experience! Felt like an excellent vacation. We went with some other families and we had a great time! The beds were super comfy and that bathroom was beautiful! Every detail was thought of! I can’t wait to book another stay at this home!

Beautiful, Convenient & Comfortable !
Beautiful vacation house in Haines falls, NY, for a weekend getaway or long stay. Conveniently located near major attractions in the area (Lakes, waterfall, ski-resort, and Hiking trails). Our group consisted of three families with kids, and we were visiting Haines falls for our annual weekend getaway. The property has a spacious patio/lounge area with a gas grill and a nicely set fire pit for guests to sit around under the night sky. I have visited many rental properties for weekend getaways and long stay, but what I liked about this property was that it had all those little items that makes your life comfortable when you just want to relax.
Elaine, our host, was very prompt and informative all the way from initial contact to final check-out. Her suggestions helped us make the most of our stay. Our group enjoyed the place so much that we are already making plans to revisit. If you are looking for a vacation house in Catskills, then look no further.
