The apartment was clean and It was also just 10mins away from the aiport. They resolved an issue we had the next day however it could have been handled better.

There was a heat wave the first night we arrived and the AC was not cooling the room down at all. We relayed this to the team and we were moved to another property the next day. Due to the AC problem we could not sleep well during the night and our last day plans were cancelled because we were all too tired to go out. The room was also on the 13th floor, the elevator only reaches the 12th floor. If you have tons of luggages, a stroller and 2 kids with you, it is not ideal especially reaching the hot room after being in the heat outside. I wish they had informed us beforehand that the AC was not working, cancelled our stay without fees so we could have found an alternative place to stay in.

Квартира очень светлая и чистая!! Все понравилось, менеджер очень приветливая, помогала все время.

Минусов нет😁

Чисто, аккуратно, есть все необходимое.

Розетки и тумбочки не мешает подкрутить.
