Tolle ruhige Lage. Gepflegtes Grundstück. Super ausgestattete Küche, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es waren auch Spülmaschinentaps, Spülmittel wie auch Spültuch und Abtrockentücher und Mülltüten vorhanden. Ebenso steht ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung. Als wir ankamen fanden wir Wasser und Saft im Kühlschrank vor. Was toll war, da wir sehr spät angekommen sind. Es sind ausreichend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung, was sehr schön und abwechslungsreich ist und es war ein Kinderspielhaus im Garten was unserem Kleinen sehr gut gefallen hat. Es gibt auch wieder einen intakten Kescher (wurde in einer vorherigen Bewertung bemängelt.) Die Agentur war jederzeit erreichbar und hat jede Frage beantwortet. Bei einem Aufenthalt länger als 10 Tage steht einem einmal eine Putzfrau zur Verfügung, was super war! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus und würden jederzeit wieder hin.

Einige Fenster lassen sich sehr schwer bis kaum verriegeln. Die ein oder andere Fliese im Pool muss dringend erneuert bzw wieder eingesetzt werden, insbesondere am Boden. Bei dem Grill fehlt leider der Rost. Es sind zwar Spieße und auch Grillkohle vorhanden (was super ist) aber ein Grillrost wäre schon wünschenswert.

Location was great, just a short drive to beaches and the town. Views incredible and the villa complex was clean and mostly quiet. The villa itself is stunning! Rooms are large and beds are extremely comfortable, showers are powerful and furniture is comfortable and enough for 6-8 people. Fantastic to have a washing machine so we washed our clothes before we left which was a great help!. TV streaming services meant we could watch the football on Saturday and films for the kids in the evening. The pool gets the sun in the morning so is a good temperature, in the evening its a bit cold as unheated. Parking in a bay for one car with room for an other vehicle to park just outside. Restaurants/bars are 20-30min walk away, and Lidl, Metro and another supermarket are 10mins drive away.

When we arrived, there was a trail of ants coming from the ensuite door frame across the floor of the master bedroom. We located 2 antkiller sprays in the kitchen, so it must be a known problem. We had to spray the botton of the door frame into a small hole where they were coming from twice every day. The pool cleaning pole has been broken in half and the net has a few holes in, so small debris and insects slip through, it needs replacing. The description states there is a barbeque, which is true...but the barbeque itself is tiny, old and broken, missing one side bracket where you would put the skewers, there's no grilling rack and a new one is definitely needed. In the kitchen cupboard there are skewers and a fish griddle for the barbeque, but it is unusable. Oh and there's no charcoal provided. Because of the barbeque not being fit for purpose, we cooked using the oven and grill. There is one tray and one rack, so it was time consuming having to do pizza and fries for the kids, clean them, then grill fish and steaks afterwards for us adults. Needs a couple of oven trays and another rack or two to be able to cook a meal for a family to eat together. Where the villa is lacking is in the kitchen - there is a dishwasher but no tablets provided, no tea towels to dry items or hands, limited cooking utensils, no oven gloves, no cloths to wipe down surfaces, dustpan but no brush, one very small plastic chopping board, no essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil, kitchen tissue....all of which means extra cost and time to shop for all of these things. In other villas we have rented in various countries, these little touches have been provided and been most welcome, such as; milk, butter and bottled water in the fridge, bread, sugar, tea coffee pods, pool towels, cleaning products and equipment, cooking utensils, enough pans and bowls, functioning equipment....with these improvements and attention to detail, the villa rating would be Exceptional.

Villaen var stor og romslig, og det var nok av plass til alle. Jeg satte spesielt pris på klimaanlegget, som var veldig praktisk i varmt vær. I tillegg var det flott å ha tilgang til alt utstyret, som kjøkken, ovn, vaskemaskin og hageslange utendørs. Alt dette gjorde oppholdet veldig komfortabelt og praktisk.

Da vi ankom var det ekstremt skittent på gulvene både inne og ute. Dette syns vi ikke var noe gøy.
