Comfortable and nice, also there is an additional shower in the utility room downstairs so in total 2 showers and 2 WCs. Beds were comfy, as was the living room, and the kitchen was modern and clean and well equipped. Bathroom was also clean and good. Perfect for a group of friends. We easily fit 11 people, cooking for ourselves.

Overall it was very nice - just some things that caught us by surprise: Very quiet suburban street - good for some peace but we could tell the neighbours were suspicious of our group of outsiders...(then again, we were a bunch of students). A little bit cramped inside each bedroom in terms of unpacking as there's not much floor space, but to be expected as the house can host so many people! Once luggage was unpacked and suitcases out of the way, there was no problem at all. The photos are accurate anyhow.

The property is well presented with all the amenities you need we will definitely be staying here again when working in the area

Tv in each room , the lads said there beds were comfortable.

Bedroom 3 wants a new mattress, bathroom upstairs needs replacing and downstairs bathroom door hanging off the hinge. Living room not very homely. But it's warm , more of a contractors house than a holiday home.

They had everything we needed. It was clean and the staff were on hand and amazing.
