Mahmoud, the owner of the apartment, is a really friendly, humerous and hospitable man. Already the days before our departure from Germany and arrival in Egypt he sent a message via WhatsApp to confirm again that he picks us up at the airport at 3AM. Converstaion via WhatsApp was always easy going and professional. He answered all our questions and has been honest about prices and information. During our stay he helped us with any kind of interest (for example renting bicycles) andmade sure that we just get the best. Money didnt seem him too important as long as we enjoy our stay (for example with the bicycles or him to made a daytrip with us). The flat was as shown on the pictures and we felt very good there. The big supermarket Carrefour is 5min far away by walk and Delta Sharm, a beautiful complex of green walks, restaurants and more, is 10min far away by walk. At any time we were flexible to catch a taxi or micro bus for some pounds from.the main road, which is about 3-4 min walk from the apartment. I liked the fixed mosquito net in front of my window and that there was Wifi although it was not mentioned or expected from us. All in all we just had good experiences and can really recommend that flat included Mahmoud, the owner, and his nice little son. Thanks for having us and just the best for you guys.
My Mom didnt like that the cleaning things were at some spots a bit broken, but nothing to be upset about. She bought some new things for a few pounds anda also Mahmoud brought some new things. Thats it. Nothing else. We had 99% good experiences during the 2 weeks inside and outside the flat.

Very nice flat - to the end of my resort I already wanted to buy it 😊 The owner Mahmoud is very nice man, he met me and showed me everything in the flat and recommended nice Cafe and beach. The flat was very clean and absolutely like on the photos. I lived there for 3 weeks. The territory of the Sunterra has a lot of sweeming pools, security, near it there is big Shop, and actually its in the center of sharm. You can go for 20 min to the Old Sharm and for 30 min to Genina City. Or 3 min by taxi) In the flat there was towels, everything for bathroom and even water and fruits! Thank you very much, Mahmoud! Perfect flat and nice owner!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location of the Sunterra compound is very convenient and the quality of the apartments was even better than we expected. Therefore, we were delighted with the stay in this house. I find it excellent value for money for the city of Sharm El Sheikh. "Sunterra" is located between Naama Bay and the Old Town, so we could conveniently and quickly get to all the interesting places in the city. The beach is relatively close, we only paid $2 to take a taxi to the nearest quality beach "Reef". In addition, a great advantage of the "Sunterra" compound for us was the proximity of the Carrefour store, where there is a huge selection of goods and excellent prices. "Sunterra" is an amazing quiet and cozy place, where there are many beautiful clean pools and palm trees. The employees of the compound maintain cleanliness in the territory of the village and therefore the streets are quite clean and beautiful. Lots of greenery and flowers. There is a compound "Delta Charm" nearby, where there are many restaurants, cafes, hairdressers. The owner of this house, Mahmud, is a very cordial and hospitable person. He helped us in every possible way with advice throughout our stay. We are very grateful to Mahmoud for the pleasant communication and attentiveness to our appeals. This apartment has recently been redecorated, so the condition of the apartment is very good. All home appliances are in working order. We enjoyed enjoying the sunsets on the balcony of this house. It offers amazing views of the mountains and sunset in the evening. We will definitely come back to this place next time!
