The location of the hotel is very good. It is suitable for couples and pets. It is not suitable for 4-person family travel and group travel.

Bathroom floor plumbing blocked, water accumulated, The room for 4 people has only one double bed, and the other mattress on the floor is not comfortable, which is disappointing

Not value for money, facilities were not good at all , kitchen were not organized, cleaning could be more better

Our host was amazing, really helpful and friendly and the beds were great. Perfect location on the beach and only a short taxi ride to a strip of fun restaurants and shops. Great views from the balcony and we liked the keypad passworded access to the rooms so we didn't need keys.

We thought our room had a separate bedroom and lounge however was all in one space. It was also sold as to have a free pool and private beach area however you have to pay a fee daily for both the pool and beds on the beach. Our host kindly sorted our beach wristbands however we couldn't access the pool.

The location is good. However, even the host and the revenue are much worse than my expectation. The door keep being locked even we pressed the right passcode. We have been on a long trip to Phan Thiet, and we expected a comfortable place for a rest day.
