Plenty of space and very practical. Great views and close enough to town but far enough away. Very clean and well kept. ample parking space as well. We made use of the grill and the oceanfront deck every day. Beautiful sunrises and moonrises.

Eight of us met at Amelia Island from across the country, and we loved our trip. The house is comfortable, and we loved the outdoor areas. The kitchen had everything we needed. This is a great property!

This house is a perfect one to host our college re-union party. It has a ocean front with spacious deck with lots of patio chairs/furniture. The bedrooms are adequate size and the open-end style of Kitchen and living room gives more room to roam around with lots of windows to have a natural light. We had a great time together and couldn't ask for a better rental property. Wish it has few sporting equipment like Pool table or Ping pong table in the basement also

Our family gathered for a special occasion in this beautiful spot. It is just as beautiful as you see in the pictures. We loved the open plan and the privacy of having separate areas. We had 11 adults and 2 children (2 and almost 1). It was perfect!

This place is amazing! Right on the beach with access to downtown and other resorts. There was minimal outdoor furniture, however, I was informed a huge shipment arrived after we left! Looking forward to using it next time. We forgot a personal item that they mailed to us promptly. There was also another VERY valuable item we did not realize was left behind and the cleaning lady turned in. Super honest group! We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Perfect home and location for our multi family vacation. Each family had their own wing with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The home was very comfortable and fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative comment would be that outdoor furniture is lacking on the porch overlooking the ocean.

The property was as advertised and was in a fantastic location. The overall layout worked well for the 13 of us. Access to the beach is great with no crowd.

We had 12 adults (6 couples). The house was so perfect.. I couldn’t ask for better. So spacious that we weren’t cramped at all, location was perfect and literally on the beach. We will definitely be booking for next year. I already wanna go back.

My family stayed at this property for a week: that meant 6 adults and an 18 month old. The house is close to the town of Fernandina Beach. It is walking distance to Egan's Creek, a nature preserve not to be missed (birds/turtles/alligators) whose path at this section culminates in a playground. The house (rear view) faces the ocean with its own private path to the beach out of the back door. The porch is shaded in the afternoon and it was easy to keep the baby out there safely. The house is set up with the central living/dining/kitchen. There are four separate "suites": two at each end upstairs and two downstairs, that essentially have a bedroom with twin beds, another with a king or queen bed, and a sitting room and bathroom. Most if not all of them also have their own direct beach access. So, each family had their own area to stay. We had originally intended for two more adults to come which would have been easy to accommodate. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of utensils/pots/pans and it has one spice drawer: this isn't a house with a ton of stored leftover food for use. There was no shampoo or toiletries although small individual soaps were supplied- so you might want to bring your own if you plan to stay for a while. The Publix and Winn-Dixie are a short drive away and have most anything you might need. The house was immaculate. the garage had plenty of beach toys and an umbrella stroller. The gas grill works. The management company very responsive: when I informed them that the front porch light was out (and it is dark there at night!), it was replaced same day. There was more than enough room for parking our cars. This is a wonderful special house and one not to be missed if you need a larger space in Fernandina Beach, Florida. I hope we get to come back again soon.

The rooms worked very well for the 17 of us of all ages who gathered. And the location on the beach and near town was perfect. A great place for a large group to stay, with several sitting rooms next to bedrooms available for privacy. This was particularly helpful for the quiet needed for an infants nap!

What a terrific house! There was room for everyone to have their own space and still spend quality time together. The kitchen was big enough for several of us to prepare meals without getting in each other's way and the huge table allowed us to all sit together. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and you couldn't ask for easier access to the beach! This place was perfect!

The house is right on the beach with a path to the beach out the back door. The kitchen is large and adequate with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes for large family meals. The house has a great back porch with beautiful views of the ocean but outdoor furniture is very limited for a house that should accommodate so many people.
