Immaculate, great amenities. Close to many great restaurants. You can be very relaxed when choosing this property. As the reviews and the pictures are actually what you see and get here. Had a small issue with the AC and within 1 hr of talking to the owner we had a solution for a quick fix and a repair guy was there in hours. Thanks Mike. We will stay here again!

The unit was perfect for my husband and our kids. We had plenty of space for each person and the condo was really nice. It had everything we needed to eat in and was even walking distance to a few dinner spots. Mike was a great manager and was easy to get a hold of! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo is as described, very clean and neat. The views from the balcony of the gulf, dolphins and sunset are amazing. This is a corner condo and the breeze on the balcony was very refreshing. You will be just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed our week here and wish it could have been longer. Thank you again for the use of your condo.

This entire Condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious. There is a short walk to the beach and I would definitely stay here again. The bedroons are large with very nice bathrooms. The kitchen is large with everything uou need

The condo is perfect! From the moment you walk in you feel at home. The condo is extremely clean and the decor is warm and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is very comfortable, and each room has thoughtful touches that make it perfect. Our favorite spot was the deck. Wonderful views of the beach and beautiful sunsets. The counter height seating on the deck was the best! We've stayed at other properties at Indian Rocks Beach is this is our favorite. Thank you Michael for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is well equipted and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent and the sunset views are breathtaking. We had one issue that was dealt with the same day. Michael is a terrific host. We hope to return.

What a fabulous place to stay! Highly recommend. The porch was our favorite place to be especially in the mornings. The unit is equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to dinner.

Rest & Relaxation
Every year we celebrate the July 4th holiday at Indian Rocks Beach. We were delighted to call this unit home for the week. The unit was clean, comfortable and generously equipped. Michael is an excellent communicator and welcomed our feedback. We booked again for next year.

Beautiful Condo
My family has been visiting Indian Rocks Beach Florida for over 23 years, and have always rented a condo. I have to say this condo is one of the best rentals we stayed at.
The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated.
The owner, Mike, was very good to deal with. He always, promptly, answers any questions
we had and was very good on getting us all the important information prior to our arrival.
We will definitely rent from Mike again.

Great place!
Everything about this place was exactly as advertised. The beach is beautiful, the apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a beach vacation. The bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. We will be back again next year!

Amazing vacation
We just got home from Indian rocks beach. We loved everything about this condo. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we needed. The condo was completely stocked with everything you need to cook, play at the beach or have a family game night. I loved sitting on the patio and watching the dolphins swim. We would recommend This condo and hope to come back and visit again!

Zero complaints! Great communication with the owner too! I had never been to IRB before and it was extremely happy with our stay. Location was perfect - not crowded, no high rises, yet plenty to do near by and quick easy access to Clearwater and Tampa. Condo was very clean, very nice decor and updated. Beach & bath towels were supplied and I was thrilled that we had a beach locker and was also supplied chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. and that made a huge difference for us. It was probably one of my favorite vacations! Already looking to book our next trip! Highly recommend.

Location was perfect - not crowded, no high rises, yet plenty to do near by and quick easy access to Clearwater and Tampa. Condo was very clean, very nice decor and updated. Beach & bath towels were supplied and I was thrilled that we had a beach locker and was also supplied chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. and that made a huge difference for us. It was probably one of my favorite vacations! Already looking to book our next trip! Highly recommend.

We loved everything about our experience at this condo. Very clean, well furnished (very comfortable beds), and beautifully decorated (not a lot of Knick knacks). The building is in a great location and walking distance to many restaurants and ice cream spots. We are used to daily beach service setup so that was a little different for us taking down our chairs and bringing them back up everyday, but that’s not just this building, as it appears to be common practice in the area. Big plus is we had front row seats from our own beach chairs to watch the magnificent sunset.
The kitchen and main living area are very spacious, and the balcony was fantastic; the views are amazing.
The owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect view!!!!
This condo was perfect for me, my boyfriend, and his brother and wife. The view from the balcony was stunning!! We are all very beach people so it was so nice to be on the beach and have all the beach toys (umbrella, chairs, etc.) since we were out there all day. The condo has all of the necessities and the owner is very responsive and always replied back to any questions fairly quick. The kitchenware was slightly outdated but got the job done. Would recommend! We had a fantastic trip!

Excellent Getaway Spot
Beautiful updated condo with all of the amenities and steps away from the beach. It was truly a pleasure getting up in the morning and having a gulf front beach view. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again!
