A fabulous location, lovely room with balcony. Staff really helpful.

Although sun chairs provided in room we would have preferred to use sun loungers already in situ. To be fair, the hotel did mention this on their website but dont understand why other hotels managed this. Breakfast is average, hot food a bit congealed but an ok choice. Cups too small.

Staff excellent, great breakfast, very good location leading directly onto the walkway to the beach and east to walk to restaurants.

No car park though there was a first come free car park a few blocks away. We had a very early start to return to the airport so we were offered a takeaway breakfast, the content quality was very poor considering the nightly rate. Our room had a terrace but looked out into other roof areas just above the laundry.

Cappuccino was on the expensive side all drinks and food came through them the lido side could benefit from some chairs there as a lot of older people go there and they cannot cope with sunbeds.

The only thing I liked was the location.

It was drab, old and dingy - needs a complete overhaul. it was very hot during our stay and no water available for guests!!!

We liked everything about this hotel and the location was spot on could not be any better. Don’t be put off it doesn’t have a pool you have sun beds right next to the sea and this is much better trust me. The weather was 35 degrees most days and the sea was a god send it has its own private beach sort off which people seemed to think it was for the hotel but this is not really the case but great never the less. Breakfast was good coffee was always hot we will be back next year for sure.

The position is great, the staff are lovely and the sun lounger terrace is a real bonus.

The beds were too hard for us and affected my husbands back and my hips. The hotel is immaculately clean, however it could do with certain areas being a bit updated. Having said that, we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely return. it is a great hotel.

We love Port de Pollensa, it’s a stunning part of the world, it should be very hard to get a hotel offering wrong with so much natural beauty

We got reprimanded on arrival for arriving after we said we’d check in (our flight was 2 hours late, we came straight from the airport), we then got scowled out throughout checkin, then when we got to our rooms with two extremely tired children we found that no cot had been put up, despite the hotel explicitly confirming a month in advance that we’d have a cot in one of our two rooms. Worse still, we were told there actually are no spare cots at all and so, per their advice, our baby had to sleep on a bed next to my wife surrounded by pillows to stop the baby from rolling off. Health and safety nightmare, all packaged up in rude and arrogant service. Wont be coming back.
