Location close to a walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

The shower is a bit small and has no where to put a shower gel or soap, one has to open a glass door to reach them. It was not mentioned that power goes off at some point, however, there is a small solar battery back-up for lighting and charging phones.

The property was clean and they had all facilities I needed to make my stay a comfortable one.

The hostess was very accommodating with our very early check out.

Continues switching off electricity. The apartment has a solar backup (which doesn't last long), but neighbors have a diesel generator just in front of the kitchen window, therefore when electricity stops - the apartment is full of fumes and noise. The water supply is not reliable. Neighbors are parking their cars with roaring music just in front of the entrance of the apartment.

The place is located in a good area, easily accessible, safe and clean.

Good location where one can access basically anything what one needs on their vacation.

The host requests to pay deposit of $120 payed directly on her account in order to confirm the booking. This deposit is then used as a leverage against you if you require basic amenities, which should be provided free of charge, the host namely refused for example to change the sheets and bedding and would do it only if the fee of $15 otherwise she would have not changed it my whole stay there. When the host was confronted about the bedding she insisted that this information was stated in her offer on Booking.com which is simply not true. On top of that bathroom is moldy and the place generally feels really dilapidated.
