Location near convention center & close enough to eating establishments as well as 4th Street
Nothing - did have a problem checking in with my credit card, but that was my problem, not the hotel’s. After resolving the problem (and my frustration), the staff gave me duration access to the VIP Lounge Room - which was appreciated.

The property itself was fine. The room was small but it served its purpose of just needing a place to stay
I absolutely hated the 100% valet rule. The parking lot is just around the back and I’d rather get my own car. The valet employee seemed confused every time we asked for our cars back . You should expect to circle the block a few times before you find it. It’s on the corner but you can’t tell it’s a hotel during the day
