Interaction with the staff was excellent;
Room in great condition;
Bathroom above average;
Great location!
External area for smokers inside the building, is a plus.
Pillows of very poor quality;
Construction noise on the building's ground floor starting very early (initially before 8:00 AM; later, following a complaint, it began at 8:00 AM);
On one of the nights, there was an altercation between a building resident and a guest that lasted until late.
It would be advisable for the accommodation to have a staff member present during the night, in order to prevent situations of this kind.

Once we entered our room we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, new, and the linens were brand new.
Using so many pass codes to finally get to our room. We entered a code in five different locations. As well, we had no codes to begin with because no one answered my email. We did not enter our personal information or passport number online because we were concerned about security. I sent email about it and never received a reply, therefore we did not have codes to enter. We only got in because someone came out of the door.

The sraff!! The best hotel staff I've dealt so far!! Super friendly, efficient and welcoming. Arvin was very helpful. He made sure my check in and check out process goes very smooth. He helped me with booking the cruise and it was the best recommendation. Reza and Tima also helped with the check out process and they were absolutely helpful and friendly.

The location is great, the bed was comfortable and the reception staff was helpful
It was dusty, the room is not set up for overall comfort and it's quite wore down, the city view suite comes with poorly sound proofed windows and no complementary ear plugs. They forgot about my breakfast and tried lying about it.
